Listen nails are great ? pedi was good - made apt as mani w/ polish change with gel and pedi reg - asked for champagne was told Proseco said okay - paid and they asked if i wanted to see reciept - so i said yes - went back to ask about bill because i was charged for both my prosecos because they were not champagne ?♀️?♀️ and for a french ( just got solid white ) said was because i had gel & Acrylics - price was not bad just wish they would be more transparent-

Went here to get a pedicure done with a friend. Very quaint, everyone was polite, good atmosphere and good prices. I would go here again.

The owner was nice at first while I was playing my music on my phone and waited until she finished my Pedicure to tell me how much my music was bothering her... didn't appreciate her not being up front if she didn't want me playing my music but waited until after she knew I had to pay her money. It was rude how she told me after the after fact to get my money. My music was fine while I was getting my Pedicure but then when she knew I had to pay then she made a huge deal about it. Be up front next time!! Not very friendly to non locals.

I spent $200 on my hands and feet without understanding why. Horrible nails, crooked and all different in shape and length! Don't go!

A little pricey but it's Key West, we expected that. But the service was quick-- 3 people were in and out in an hour, all mani/pedis. That's fast. And it showed. Within days we had polish peeling off. It's a great idea, the champagne and drinks. But poorly executed.

I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to things...so the place was not bad. The nail tech Yen was who did my nails. She was nice and polite. I asked for a number 11 and so she came back with 11...but my color was orange and the color she got was purple. I just kind of took it as the universe wanting me to have purple nails. She was so sweet that she ended up finding my orange and correcting the mistake even though I had already told her purple was fine. I would go back again.

Nice choice of colours, downgraded to 4 Stars because we booked the Basic manicure for 35 and Had to pay for Gel manicure which was more expensive. Would have liked to know that in advance....

We were able to book last minute pedicures for two, they took us on time, and gave us a complimentary cocktail. I'm very particular about my pedicures, (French Gel) and Jesinia was fantastic. She was extremely thorough and professional. My feet were transformed!!

Stopped in at 2:30 to check on getting a pedicure. They were busy but asked if I could walk around and come back at 4 pm. I agreed. I returned at 3:50 pm. The woman told me to pick out my color and have a seat. The technician who was going to do my nails told me she’d be with me in 5 minutes. I sat in the salon for 1/2 hour before the original technician (owner?) came over to me to say she meant to tell me to come back at 5 pm not 4 and that they were too busy could I come back at 5. I told her I could not. Very unprofessional and rude to make me wait until 4 to then be told they are too busy. This was my go to place while here for month of February. I will never go back!

Their hours online and on the door say they are open until 8, but when we arrived at 7 they were closed with no notice. They had clearly been closed for a while because all of the lights are out and no one is inside.
