The worst service I have experienced in years.
Last night I lost my cell phone and today I stopped by the store to buy a new cell phone. The girl who helped me offered me a cell phone, which supposedly came with a free tablet and also free headphones and a phone cover. When I get home I look at the ticket and they had charged me for these last two. (about $100). Now I call to ask and no one answers me.
When I was waiting while one of them configured my cell phone, they unscrupulously talked to each other about personal problems, making me waste time (since the person assisting me stopped doing their job). One of the least professional environments I have found myself in.

The girls there sold me a defective phone and then there was a "delay" with activating my phone. For 3 days, I couldn't call, text, or log into everything. THEN when my phone finally works, those idiots CHANGED my number AFTER I specifically explained that I have a business with multiple clients and ABSOLUTELY CANNOT change my number but they did anyways. These ppl have made my life hell and it has been 1 issue after another. I need something to happen cus I am not impressed or pleased with everything I've dealt with. I live on a boat, if an emergency would have happened, I'd be SCREWED cus my new phone couldn't be used for 3 days.

Hours are posted stating the store closes at 8pm but this store decided to close at 7:40pm to “mop the floors”. The floors should have been mopped at another time to allow customers to be serviced during hours of operation. Before I pulled off I seen three more customers get turned away. Customers were not allowed to enter the store to be serviced but someone delivering food was allowed to come in and mingle while four employees stuffed their faces with donuts until the official closing time. This is extremely poor customer service and the employees should be ashamed for refusing service to customers to close early and greedily stuff their faces with donuts.

Today I had a bad experience in this place. I want to change my phone. I never show up at that place because I make my payments online. There were many customers waiting. There was only one cashier. I don't know if it was her lunch hour, but the girl who was alone serving called them. Twice one of them came out, my husband asked what cell phones he had or offered, he responded rudely, everyone was ok, so we asked him if he had the 50, he told us and he gave us 35, which was cheaper...I arrived by phone in I specifically did not arrive so that he would repeat me and emphasize that it is the cheapest. I let him know in a good way that a saleswoman should not do that.... he made me see that changing my line would make it even cheaper. It is good that he told me but no. I accept that she tells me which phone is cheaper for us. She doesn't know how much I have in my wallet... I think she got stressed or she saw that I couldn't afford a good phone and then she ran us off. It's a cubuna with piercing in her tattooed face I reiterate apologies for not displaying your name, it is not my style to describe people like this

I've had my Samsung Galaxy A11 for years. Recently, it shattered after falling out of my back pocket. I bought the exact same phone, but a refurbished model, that was unlocked, off of the internet and just this week it arrived. When I went to this MetroPCS to activate my new device, there were no customers inside but four employees that were sitting in a break area, about seven feet away from the registers, in clear sight. When one came over to assist me, I explained my situation to her, showed her both of my phones, and she asked for my pin number, which she typed in wrongly, before then getting it right. She kept taking my new phone back to the other employees, who were still sitting down, and asking them what she should do. One of them told her what to do and she came back to the register and tried to put a sim card in my new phone, but she couldn't. She told me she was not able to activate my new phone, so I asked one of the employees sitting just feet from me, would she please come help. Without bothering to get up, she said "Sorry, she said it doesn't work, it doesn't work." She then proceeded to tell me, no, she wouldn't help me, so I left. That afternoon, my 18-year old daughter stopped by this MetroPCS to try and have my new phone activated, but one of the workers told her that my new phone was "not compatible" with MetroPCS, despite my old phone being the exact same as my new one and compatible. She also stated that this phone was too "old," even though it was made in 2020. A couple of hours later, my daughter dialed 611 and was able to work with an agent to activate my new device and swap the sim card from my old phone into my new one, in the same day. So obviously, my phone is compatible and not too old. The employees at this location just refused to help me, a long-time customer that always pays my bill on time and has three lines and WiFi. Terrible customer service!!

I came to the store at 7:25 and it was already closed, they were already cleaning the floor and they waved to me that they are closed, but according to the schedule, it works until 8:00
