I have lived here for over 3 years I have watched the property change drastically in this property the women in the office along with the maintenance are very committed to there work They have great communication and even have had the manager schedule around my time because of work schedule great team of workers

This is an excellent community my manager is a very caring and understanding person goes our of her way to make things Right at whatever time she is a very hard worker to keep this place safe and peaceful

Leasing department was rude and unprofessional. We were told that an apartment would be open for us in about a month or two, when finally approaching the estimated months, we were promised an apartment and were told that it would, “be ready in 2 weeks.” We waited 2 more weeks and came back to another, “it’ll be ready in another 2 weeks.” We waited AGAIN to come back to “another 2 weeks.” I did not have “two more weeks” as my roommate had already replaced me at our apartment, as we were both expecting me to move out, as I was promised a place to live. I had to unfortunately leave Key West as there was no longer anywhere to live, especially on such short notice. Same leasing department was upset that we had moved away claiming, “it’s just another 2 weeks.” I was born in Key West and my life has changed for the worse due to the unorganized planning schedule that this leasing office has.
