The pool area is GREAT day and night. The Tin Cup Cafe is great for breakfast and well staffed. Dinner was rough, we ate 75% of our dinner before drinks arrived, but the manager gave us 4 breakfast vouchers to make it right. The rooms are not the cleanest and falling apart in places. Great layout but shower had hair in it, floor corners are full of dirt, large spackle spots on a wall, faucets wiggle, TP holder falling out of the wall, sliding door to 1/2 bath is stuck and wont close, turning off TV in living room will also turn off TV in bedroom, 2 tiny trash cans for whole place, fridge doesnt really get too cold. Also wear shoes the whole time inside, or you'll go to bed with black feet. Value of room doesnt = what you pay for.

The smallest of Margaritavilles I've been to. I picked it because it's located a bit out of the way of the craziness in the Duval Street area. But they were doing construction on the road it's on. And will be for at least another year. So, there's barriers, orange cones etc between the resort and the beautiful beaches across the street. The restaurant is small. With a very limited menu. So, I drove most every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Since I had tried everything on their menu by day 2. The room was small. I had a kitchen area. But they didn't have any plates or utensils etc. Not very sound proof. As I heard people walking by and the bar music etc very clearly. The TV suddenly lost most stations for some reason. Maintenance came. But had no explanation. And I never heard back. The air conditioning didn't turn on as needed at night time. Only during the day for some reason. I received no solution from Maintenance. I killed at least 3 palmetto bugs in the room. So, I think they may need better pest control. Anyway, I stayed gone from the resort most of the week. Enjoying all the activities Key West has to offer. Everything was only a short drive. And I rented a nice convertible. So, I enjoyed my week in Key West. I just wouldn't choose that particular resort again. Not for that price anyway. It was $700/nt.It's probably worth around $225-250/nt in my opinion. And I travel a LOT?

Rooms: Modern festive Bahama like rooms. The office is not readily identifiable but the staff is exceptional.Nearby activities: Right across the road from the Gulf waters. Go carts are rentable from the congiere along with many water activites.Walkability: Kind hard to walk. There is some construction on the road. However there is a regulated crosswalk.

It was a nice hotel. The rooms were a good size. The shuttle ran every hour up until 11:00 pm. Free shuttle to and from the airport. The restaurant on the site was solid. Drinks were good. Food was limited to one menu, and it was kind of pricey. I liked the location. It wasn't in the heart of the city. I do wish the pool area had more space. It was hard to get a chair in the sun. The staff were super nice! I would recommend.Rooms: Nice size. Living space and doors to the bedroom.Nearby activities: There is a concierge on site. They can book trips for you. You could walk to the beach. There was a small market and alcohol store a little under a mile away. We were able to walk there.Walkability: Couldn't walk to the main attractions. But you could get to them easily by shuttle or Uber. The hotel rented bikes , golf carts, and mopeds

Great family spot. Location is good, service is great at front desk and pool bar. The rooms are a really good layout for families - but the cleaning was poor, there was sandy grit throughout the unit from previous guests and the decor is showing signs of tiredness and wear and tear.

My boyfriend and I stayed two nights. The first night was great. The bar and night life was great. The second day we wanted to hang out at the bar but it was closed due to maintenance. We went to breakfast and it was a chilli. We asked if the fans could be turned off but they did not. Our hotel looked at a parking lot. Thank god we did not stay longer.

The food and atmosphere were amazing!!! If it’s raining hard, don’t sit outside next the glass. I saw the gutters overflow on a table.

Place to be for a beach and a pool. Can easily get to downtown streets in 10-15 minutes.

What a beautiful resort! This is not the hotel for quiet seekers, there is music piped throughout the hotel. Fun flip flop selfie spot. Love the art in the rooms with song quotes. When you want something different than the pool, cross the road to Smathers beach. Their restaurant also happens to have one of the best key lime pies in the Keys! Coconut shrimp was also really good. Shuttle to the downtown is also super convenient. @thefloridakeysNearby activities: Smathers beach is right across the street!

Not sure if it’s because our room was by the pool but they start music at 7 am every morning. Not the alarm clock everyone wants that’s for sure.

I loved the place! all was perfect from checking in to checking out. it is beautifully located at the beach. if you want to go to the old town the shuttle bus runs every hour and its driver is the best with proposing nice things to see, eat etc. the staff is nice and helpful. you can also get some coffee and cookies in the lobby. and their restaurant had the best food, and best service!the only thing that I would change is to add some more staff into the kitchenette area in the room. we were lacking some spoons, forks and mugs or a plate to be able to heat something in the microwave.overall I will recommend this place to anybody coming to Key West! <3

This hotel was nice - clean, friendly enough staff, great pool and restaurant. However, when you’re paying 10x the price of a hilton, you do expect it to be 10x better or at least have included experiences at the resort for that price (for example, a spa or water activities or something). This hotel was basically exactly on par with my experiences at lower star, cheaper hotels so it’s safe to say this was overpriced. The shuttle to and from downtown key wes every hour was really nice, wish they would have been more clear about their pick up times (leave hotel on the hour, leave downtown at half hour)

Lobby is amazing, pool is pretty good. Food at the restaurant is really, really good. That being said, for the price 3,700 for Friday - Tues was REALLY expensive for the rooms. Bathrooms all need to be upgraded and the Keurigs in the room don’t work. We moved into a King Suite for our wedding night we had a 2 room suite booked for the other nights with other guests and we were 0-3 to make coffee. King suite is a really nice size. It was across from Smathers beach so the location was perfect since that’s where we had our wedding.Walkability: A little far from Duval and downtown, but great location for those who want to spend time at Smathers Beach.Food & drinks: Restaurant food was AMAZING. I dreamt about the Mahi tacos and could have eaten them everyday.
