Not one of the 3 salesperson said hello to me as I browsed around the store, so why I spend my money there. Very disappointing.

Walked in today with some friends. Staff of 3 middle aged ladies were so rude. Acted like they were all better than us.

Thanks so much to the ladies who helped me out in finding my perfect Lilly print. I was so excited, I have wanted one of her dresses since I was in high school, unfortunately I wasn't able to get a dress, I needed a petite, for length, but they didn't carry any,thus the reason I am only giving 4 stars, but I was able to get a lovely linen button down and pair of linen shorts that I am very pleased with.

went in looking for a particular item. employee was rude. didn't offer to help us. left with noting. going to order online instead. disappointing.

Super cute store! Great selection of clothing and very helpful sales staff. I'm a true Lilly fan, so of course had some fun shopping here. It's interesting how each store will carry slightly different items. You just never know what you'll come across.

Not impressed with the staff. I rarely ever ever give bad reviews and the staff in this store were not friendly at all. Didn’t help. Followed us around the store and were very clearly staring at us. One of the women with glasses watched me in every corner pick up every single item, instead of saying things like “oh this top pairs perfectly with these things” she just watched. My entire closet is Lilly and I go to the Houston store all the time and see excellent service there. The whole Lilly culture is bright, friendly, welcoming, not this location. The 1 star is for the aquarium inside.

Local shop if first time in this particular location. Group of kids right in the door & I was forced to enter straight to the right of the store. Found a beautiful pair of pants. Made a purchase & as I was walking out I happen to see a sale sign that if you spent a certain amount & a revive a gift. I turned & asked the sale lady “ assuming I didn’t Qualify for the cute gift?” Working w/ the customer service I was shocked to hear that I was a few dollars off. I personally thought that the sales lady should have been a little more helpful & told me this to received a cute gift if I spent a few more dollars I could qualify. Very disappointed that l wasn’t treated that way. Locals helping locals really was her idea.Thanks.

There today (7/23/22) at 2:30pm. Guy and woman working. Not greeted, not even acknowledged. Picked up two dress and she just watched me. I had to ask for fitting room. Unfortunately they didn't fit. I exited fitting room and spoke to women who was behind counter looking at me. I said, " thanks so much; unfortunately they didn't fit." She grunted, 'yep" and nothing else. I was worth literally one word of her time. I shop the lily store in Palm Beach Garden all the time. They are super nice there. Forget stopping here unless you don't mind being treated awful. Bad, limited selection anyway, so it's just as well. Bye, Lily Pulitzer of KW! You won't see me again!

I’ve read several reviews and have to say the customer service (lack there of) today was still an issue. I understand staffing is hard and hoping corporate will read this and make some changes or have additional training. There were two ladies who looked miserable and barely have any customer service. Luckily I was able to get a fitting room but after that, they never checked if I needed sizing and when I asked them a question about how the swim top unhooked, it was like I was bothering them from standing around. I usually make high purchases when I’m here but got out with only a few items due to their lack of customer service. They also never asked for my information to link my purchase to my account. When I wanted to pay in cash they made faces as if I was disrupting the world. I don’t need to be coddled but some type of genuine service would went a long way and I would have bought more. I hope people coming down here read this because it is not worth going into the store right now. Shop elsewhere. Please do better Lilly! Very disappointing!

I have been to this location multiple times and every time I walk in the staff DO NOT greet you or offer help of any kind! They are rude! I tried on an outfit and had to ask my husband to get me a different size because nobody would help me. This store puts the Lilly name to shame!

I just was in this store and I agree the staff is awful . the one lady stood do stone face watching as if I wasn't able to shop there or knew that brand. When I left than she moved from the entrance as if I was going to take something..and I was in uniform!WOW!!!

My favorite resort clothes! If you are in Palm Desert or Florida Keys you have to get some Lilly! Great golf and tennis clothes but a must have for vacation! Beautiful colors and patterns!

I walked in today with our two daughters and our oldest daughter was looking for a specific skirt pattern. There were probably five women working and only one other set of customers and we weren't even greeted. The staff was all talking amongst themselves and acted like we were invisible. Our daughters grabbed several items to try on and they opened fitting rooms. I asked a staff member if they had a restroom and her curt response was NO, there is one across the street in the Hyatt hotel lobby. Okay, gosh, thanks! As my daughters had hundreds of dollars worth of clothes to potentially purchase they wouldn't let me use their restroom? You can't tell me they don't have a restroom for themselves or customers. I was so fuming as I walked out of the store to make it across the street parking lot to weave in and out of a resort I wasn't even staying at to use their restroom. I got back to Lily, wasn't greeted for the second time and asked the girls if they liked anything they had tried. Our oldest daughter needed another size so I went to look for it not knowing where she had gotten it I was searching the store as yet again no associate felt like helping me. Found the skirt. By this time I was so annoyed with the whole experience I chose to leave and purchase the items we wanted online. This is the problem with retail stores. This will be their demise. No wonder everything is online now and stores are closing left and right. This store was fully staffed, not busy and they still refused to help their customers!
