Julie is unbelievable. She not only is always over and beyond polite, she honestly cares. She got a recall on my car fixed when she was doing the oil change, so I didn't have to come back in. Excellent customer service. I was in/out in under 4 mins and they got my vehicle fixed under an hour. Highly recommend

Brought my 12 year old Rav 4 into KeyWest Toyota for a full checkup since we use it to travel to Miami when necessary. Julie and her team went through my vehicle and now I have the confidence to travel up and down the keys with total Toyota reliability!

The work on my car was completed promptly and properly. This was my first time using Key West Toyota, but I’ll definitely be coming back. Everyone I encountered was both friendly and helpful. We are fortunate to have such a great Toyota dealership in the Keys!
I am adding to my previous post, as I again had my Toyota serviced yesterday. Once again, the service was excellent. A bonus was that they renovated their waiting area. There was plenty of seating, a big screen television, and very clean restrooms. I didn’t mind the wait at all with these amenities.
When the time comes to trade in my Toyota, I’ll definitely be coming back to Key West Toyota. In the interim, I wouldn’t take my car anyplace else to be serviced. The staff and service department is excellent!
I just returned for another oil change, and am so glad Key West Toyota is available for me to have my car serviced there. Julie and staff took excellent care of me and my car. I will definitely use this business exclusively for all my Toyota’s needs.
