Best place to buy sponges & souvenirs in the Florida Keys. Every time I visit Key West downtown I always come here. Excellent customer service by a gentleman named Rainel. They also have a shell warehouse next door. Only four stars because during my summer visits the heat & humidity inside the market make you feel miserable. They should install AC.

I went to this gift shop several days ago & the man who checked me out told me to “come back when he wasn’t working.” I’m not sure if it was a joke but he looked absolutely miserable. Very poor customer service...

Super super touristy. Of course it's a gift shop. It's filled with a bunch of Key West trinkets. I am sure you'll find the perfect souvenir here. I think they have the most variety of merchandise. I also think that they're quite affordable in comparison to other gift shops. They are very organized. Everything is divided by categories. For example, If you're looking for turtles, there's a turtle section. If you're looking for mermaids there's a Mermaid section, and so on. Something like a 4.
