I came into the store to get my nails done for my trip to Germany and they looked absolutely terrible!! I asked for a French tip acrylics. I wanted an oval shape and I did not want them long. The lady I went to did not know how to do the shape. I had to tell her repeatedly that's not the shape I want, so she had to keep filing to try and do it right. I even had to grab the file and show her the shape I wanted. Even after all of this she still didn't do the shape right and made it way to short. She kept making the shape square when I didn't want that, I told her to round out the top but she kept filing the sides. It got so short that my actual nails were showing on the sides. The gel didn't even go all around my nail and she didn't even paint it completely. The tip was so uneven and the nail itself was so thick and wonky. There were even holes left in the nail polish. The girl was such in a rush to finish that she made them hideous. I know she was in a rush because when I finished and was walking out she RAN out of the store right behind me. I am not exaggerating she actually ran to her car. I went back the day after because I thought maybe if I go home and have them for a little I would get used to them and like them a little better know it still looked terrible. When I left she didn't even get the shape right, I was just irritated and wanted to leave. When I came back and asked her to fix it she said that she would only redo the nail polish on top and even put the nail shape. She did and it still looked terrible because I did not want it that short and I wanted her to fix the length but she said to do that I would need a new set and pay for it. I am not the one who messed up she is and I didn't even get a refund or a partial refund which I would have been fine with. I even gave her a tip because even though she didn't do what I wanted she still took time out of her day and tried. It cost around $65 and I have her about a $15 tip I was not rude by any means and I kept telling her that it's not what I wanted. I am so disappointed by the customer service that was given to me and how I was treated for not liking what they did. The lady kept arguing with me telling me that what I got is what I asked for which if not true at all. I put photos down below of what I wanted and what I got. I wanted the reference photo just a little shorter and and little more round at the top. It is hard to see in the photos but they looked worse than they do in them.

Only use this place is you have deep pockets!! The owner charges a ridiculous amount for each and everything, is very unfair, and inconsiderate. They do a fine job, have a great selection of colors, and Jackie does an excellent job waxing eyebrows but unfortunately I will not be back. Every time I leave there I want to cry because of all the charges they wrack up. I get that this is a luxury, I've been a salon goer for a few decades around the country and I understand business. For example, last time I was in and got a very decent dip manicure, basic (no designs, no acrylic) and it took well over an hour, my total was calculated by the dip manicure:$55, gel (because it was suggested as the colors were limited on dip colors): additional charge, and $30 to cut my cuticles!!! Now I've just left in tears for my final time because it's two weeks after my $100 manicure and two nails have come off, so after taking off 8 nails, charging me $23 to do so, I've got to let hard working ppl that have valuable time and money not to go here.

Nice people. Quick, Profesional A good vibe all around. Got mani/pedi. With got the same, but with nail polish. She was VERY happy.

Peter gave me a great pedicure when I was vacationing in Key West recently. My feet not only felt great after being pampered, but my toenails looked perfectly beautiful!!!

I was a walk-in and was able to get a mani/pedi with very little wait. The manager, Peter, did both. I requested a good/deep massage (most techs at most salons just rub their hands lightly over your skin) and he delivered. He was polite, attentive, funny, and cared about ensuring that I was beyond happy with his service...I was. I highly recommend this salon.

The lady that did my pedicure was amazing, however the manager was unprofessional and the boy who did my nails didn't do them well. During my mani, the manager continuously left his chair to go outside, answer the phone, or to run around the shop taking pictures and talking. I counted EIGHT times he left, 7 times he answered the phone in front of me, and 3 times he apologized to me. The issue is after me being understanding and having no issue with him leaving because he is the manager, I got tossed over to another person who couldn't do my nails, just for the boy who did them to rush the job. I spent $138, I wanted my money back for the mani ONLY and the manager yelled at me telling me no and that he'll fix them. (according to the picture, why would I want him to touch them again?) He repeatedly shouted no and walked away from me and eventually I just walked out. FIRST time coming here and I'm just really disappointed.

Every time I come in, usually in a rush so with limited time, the techs always accommodate my time frame and are very kind and courteous. I highly recommend this salon.

I've been coming here for a few months now, I normally see Thi (pronounced T) she is awesome. My nails come out amazing every time & love how quick it is. It's a pretty simple nail salon but recommend if you need a a new set. It's normally pretty quiet in there but they will have music play or the TV on sometimes.

Not a great experience here. Artist couldn’t speak enough English to understand what service I wanted. My nails are uneven and have snags which is annoying. My pedicure was the worst I’ve ever had. Not pleasant or relaxing. Tech did the minimal she could get away with. When I checked out the bill was over $120!! And I got a basic pedicure and dip manicure. Absolutely ridiculous prices for sub-standard services. I’m hoping the finish lasts because if it doesn’t I’ll be back asking for a refund. Another note I asked for three different standard colors I’ve been able to get anywhere else I’ve been and they were out. So I had to go with a color I really didn’t want.

First off, I was charged $123 for a gel pedicure and a gel manicure. I left a tip of $25 which was changed to $45. After calling and speaking to a manager, I was told to call the owner. The number I was given was incorrect. I called back again and was given a totally different number. That voicemail was full. Lastly, the gel started chipping after a few days. I travel back and forth from Key West to central Florida. The place I get my nails done in central Florida, I pay $85 for the same thing I had done at this place and it lasts for 4 weeks. I will never go back to this place again.

This was kind of last minute pedicure. I came in and got service within 2 minutes! I got the deluxe and if you love the massages the most then this is the place! Thu was the one who did my toes and she was amazing from the massages to getting all the dead skin to painting my toes! Even the girls getting their nails done all looked good! None of the technicians got mad when they had to fix anything! Great service and such a good vibe here! I was skeptical about coming here at first based off the reviews but one of my girls recommended it and it is definitely a top tier nail salon!
