Wife loves the hammock chair.Be aware of the height you need to hang the chair so that your behind isn't brushing ground and it's not too hard to get in and out.Great for a sunny day to sit and relax and even have a cocktail.

I had a situation with my hammock not fitting on my stand. The owner was extremely patient while we sorted out the issue and he helped me navigate the solution. I highly recommend shopping at this company. They really appear to understand customer service!

I recently had an issue with the frame on our hammock that we purchased in September 2023...Paul was very responsive and agreed to replace our frame under warranty!!! Everyone we have dealt with and Key West Hammock has been over the top friendly and informative. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!!!

While in Key West, we stopped in at the store and purchased a Kooala chair with footrest to be shipped to our home. There was a problem with shipping, and I called the store to have the problem resolved. I talked with Paul, and he took care of the problem right away. We were very impressed with their products, and, with their service. We will be ordering more in the future.

I bought a hammock from this shop a couple years ago and we are still enjoying it. The price was good and the quality is great. It's still as bright and comfortable as new. Called them to ask about new hanging hardware and Paul was very helpful.

The Hammock shop is my favorite shop in KW , all the Haitian metal Art is so beautiful and also the hammock r cozy and relaxing .If you go to Key West the Hammock Shop on Duval St must be one of your stops .

I have been eying these hammocks for several years. We always stop into this store when down in Key West. I have recently installed a set of permanent hammock posts in my backyard and will be purchasing one of these hammocks very soon. We will be down in the area for our wedding this coming April and I cannot wait to finally snag a hammock from here!
