Well as a lifetime Ford member and a Ford family member My grandfather actually owned several Ford dealerships I've never been treated worse. If you're interested in finding out what happened to me and how I was treated I'd be happy to talk to you about it. In short they would not allow me to use my warranty to fix my truck and I was stranded in key West. I was unwilling to make a bad comment because I was held hostage by these people until I finally got my truck fixed at another shop and was able to leave. These people need to lose their franchise

Our experience was exceptional. Sharon Wagner was our service writer and went above and beyond to help us. She was able to get our vehicle in in less than a week. Got all of our recalls and concerns addressed in less than 48 hours. We drove 4 hours round trip to use Keys Auto Center (Ford). And will absolutely use them in the future.

Great experience. Called them for a recall, first available appt was in 2 weeks. That wasn’t great but they let me drop my car off a week early. Sharon was wonderful, she kept me informed of what was going on and on the date of service car was done. Will definitely recommend.

Worst dealer ever. Deserves 0 stars. Had appointment on June 25th after already waiting 3 weeks, called to confirm the day prior and they said their computers were down because of bring hacked and they would not be able to get me in. They took my name and number and said they would call to reschedule. Surprise no call back and when I called them they said they could tentativly schedule me for July 28th. Seriously over a month later...so almost 2 months to get an appointment....just sad.
