Regina mcginn what is my service advisor? I was down here on vacation. My brake lights weren’t working. She got my vehicle in and repaired it same day even though they were backed up. Thank you so much.

Always awesome experience. Totally trust them to do the right thing. Thank you. I work in healthcare and totally understand the neccessity of taking care of the patient in every which way. Regina has the same mind set. She is always busy busy whenever I have had a vehicle being serviced and I 100% plus trust her to do what is needed. She is a listener with a very caring/extremely knowledgable and has a big heart. I honestly dont mind spending the money for service because I know it will be done properly. Regina guiding the service and the maintenance technicians and the parts department have taken care of my vehicles like patients. :)

We were there on February 9, 2024 for an oil change on our Jeep and we were 100% satisfied. They even took us in a courtesy vehicle with our great driver: Stephen!!..on Duval Street so that we could we could go eat in a small cafe while waiting for our repair and they came to pick us up at the door afterwards never seen such good service like that!!!
In addition, the price of the oil change was completely adequate and I would even say less expensive than we would have thought!!
I definitely get my oil changed on the Jeep every year at this place and what's more, they have a large living room with sofas and a television that broadcasts entertaining shows!! Dog friendly too!
Plus Charlotte the receptionist even brought a bottle of water to put in a bowl so our dog could drink!
All in all, an experience that deserves a 100%!

After waiting 6 months + to do my recall, I finally was able to schedule my appointment- a month out. I put in leave, I make it 25 minutes early, to find out they scheduled me without putting the order or having the part. Outrageous. They should have cancelled or had some organization initiative and ensured they had what they need. It is such a disrespect to customers time. I have never encountered such an unprofessional business outside of Key West. To add, sales department and “service” department is impossible to reach. Have around 6 unanswered emails and 7 promises to call me back never had. They do not care about business or customers here.

Literally one of the worst"dealerships" I've been too. You drop your car off and no one calls you and you can't get in contact with anyone. I do not recommend and I will not be back.

Had a water pump fail on my Ram. I called KW Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and spoke with Karen. Since my previous dealership experiences in Michigan have been so-so in terms of scheduling, I expected Karen to tell me it was gonna be a while before they could service my truck. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told I could drop off the truck and they would look at it in the next day.I dropped off the truck and spoke to my service advisor Nick, who really went above and beyond to source the needed parts and keep me posted throughout the repair process.The repair was made quickly and I was back on the road within 48 hours.Thank You for your outstanding service!
