Stayed at the Capitana and we’re looking to rent bicycles, we found KWBR. They were fantastic, pricing was great, service was amazing they actually delivered and picked up the bikes right to and from our hotel. Ordering was online and very simple. I recommend them highly.

Great service and awesome bikes! They were very responsive to our email inquiries the day before. We got a discounted rate as we had booked a snorkel trip through the same company (Fury) earlier in the week so it was a great deal as well! Awesome day exploring Key West by bicycle!

My husband and I were looking for bicycles for a couple weeks. I will admit to being an extremely fussy and particular woman age 50+. We met Jay, who happened to be on duty when we wandered by, and inquired about a couple of bikes. He didn't realize, at the time, that I would be back to see him several times in 24 hours for different things. He took all of my request in stride and solved my problems and for that I give him five stars. The bicycle is relatively new and works quite well. We would not hesitate to rent from them again.

These guys were right around the corner from where we stayed. We rented the bikes without really knowing when we would turn them in, they did not care and each day we decided to hold onto the bikes for another day. I simply stopped in and paid for the day before we went off on our day. I know the scooters are fun but there really is not a better way to see Key West other than on a bike.The staff was accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond what they needed to do for my wife and myself on a certain occasion and we really appreciated it. Please rent your bike here!

We had a great experience renting our bikes here. We actually just happened to pass it while walking from our hotel. The bikes we rented were high quality, and came with locks and baskets so we could carry our purses! Would definitely recommend.

Great experience. Given ice cold bottled water while booking. Quick and easy. Very friendly. Great bikes. Very easy going. Will definitely book again next time.
