I felt disappointed with payment. I'm having my vision issues. I got hit home and checked my receipt the cashier Victoria just changed for tips without asking my permission. The product are beautiful.

Walked by and looked around with my daughter and the older female employee followed us around uncomfortably close. I'm talking about so close I could feel her breathing on my neck. She finally said "do you need help with something?" I replied not right now, we are just looking. She snapped back IF YOURE JUST LOOKING DONT TOUCH ANYTHING HERE, DONT TOUCH! I asked don't touch? She smirked and said yes with such an attitude "don't touch anything and make it all messy." We were looking at rope bracelets, we never picked anything up or tried anything on. Just simply pointed and talked about what we were interested in... we walked across the street and made a purchase from the store next to amigos. Better quality jewelry and much friendlier staff over there.

The owner was extremely rude. We still made a purchase. It felt as if we had to rush through the purchase. I understand her not letting us touch anything as it was fragile, but her rudeness was evident through out. And the prices were relatively high as well. Would not recommend it to anyone.

The young lady there today around 1 pm was so rude I took my business elsewhere! She actually told me "why don't you act your age".! I'm 60, so not putting up with that snotty remarks!

The employees were very friendly, let me try on rings for longer than even I wanted to; there were too many good choices! My ring is still shiny and never turned my skin colors. I hope to make another visit.

Owner was extremely rude. Chastised us for touching the jewelry. Very unfortunate. We would have made a purchase had the owner not been so rude. Not recommended. Plenty of other places to shop that are nice and appreciative.
