Decided to call ahead of our arrival and spoke with the owner. He arranged to have a mobility scooter waiting for us at a hotel pickup point. Scooter was indeed there, ready to go and fully charged. My wife used that Scooter for over 5 hours and it stayed fully charged. We wouldn’t have made it around Key West if we didn’t have that scooter. Price was great and the experience well worth it! Highly recommended!

Craig, The Co-owner of Island Comfort Mobility (ICM) really took care of our mobility needs. My mom can walk but not very far and Key West is not for the mobility challenged. The power chair we rented from ICM was delivered direct to our door clean and fully charged. We were able to 'walk' the strip together and enjoy all Key West has to offer. The rates are reasonable and won't deter from your vacation budget. Thank you, Craig and Robin, for a great experience.

We rented from Island Comfort Mobility a couple years and now my husband owns his own mobility scooter. This year we were in need of new batteries and Craig was there the next morning to replace them. Thank you for making our vacation enjoyable for my husband. Seemed like it would have been a good deal and reasonable price, but there were no rentals in any model left for the week. Definitely reserve in advance. Lesson learned.

They made our trip to Key West a success! My husband was able to go with us everywhere instead of being discouraged of the long walks! The scooter made all of the difference. I am so glad I looked online before we left! I recommend their company 100%! Their service was so easy to use. The scooter was at the hotel when we arrived and was picked up after we checked out. Thank you so VERY much for making our family trip a memorable one!

I needed a scooter for my mom who was visiting. I was planning to buy one from Amazon but a friend told me about this place so I called and they had exactly what I needed at a much better price. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Craig saved my 62nd Birthday trip! My Pride Mobility Go Go Elite key broke off and went missing. Not only did he have a replacement key to sell me, he delivered it literally to my hotel room door!! Thank You Craig and Island Comfort. Mobility!!

I broke my ankle while I was on vacation in Key West. Although Island Comfort Mobility was closed on Sunday, I left a message explaining that I was in desperate need of a wheelchair. Craig, the owner responded to mymessage in a timely manner and had a wheelchair delivered to my hotel within an hour. He also picked up the wheelchair at the airport when my vacation was over, until I could utilize an airport wheelchair. Craig went above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend using Island Comfort Mobility for your wheelchair needs. Craig saved my vacation from doom. I will be forever grateful for Craig’s understanding and concern for my well being. A huge KUDOS to Craig and Island Comfort Mobility!!!! ??
