We always enjoy the store and their store/ lounge on Duvall and Olivia. I believe Jerrel(sp?) waited on us. Always pleasant and helpful. Outside seating is the best place in town to smoke a cigar, have a drink and people watch. Or sit inside at the bar, play some dominoes at the table. Quiet laid back atmosphere. We visit several times during our trips to Let West

This place is a joke. Do not go there.We went there today and I went to grab a box of cigars and there was a wooden display box that was on a top shelf that fell over because they put them on the tip of the shelf. It fell and I was forced to buy it by the manager. I was there for the day for vacation and didn't want issues so I paid for it and left. If wooden boxes are 80 dollars they shouldn't be put on the top tip of a shelf.

Bought cigars to bring over to Europe, they all had tobacco beetle holes. Total waste of money.

It is great to have a place like Island Cigar Factory's -The Robusto Bar in Key West. We met there nightly with our friends and celebrated our anniversary, Some nights we sat outdoor/ patio seating and consumed some top shelf drinks. The cigars were tasty, intoxicating and quite frankly, this experience was why we came to the keys. I tried the Last Flight Out cigar, it's now my favorite there.

Person working the store made us feel we were inconveniencing them for coming in. Didn’t know much about their products and didn’t willingly answer any questions about it.

I’m not a big cigar smoker. Being down in key west with all the Cuban heritage and hand rolled cigars, I had to give it a try. I met the lady on the location at greene street and she helped me pick out 4 cigars. I really enjoyed them and feel like I got them for a reasonable price. (A few other places I went I didn’t buy anything because it seemed like they were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge)
