Bikes are indeed old but nobody wants to steal them.I got a flat tire halfway into my full day rental. I called them and someone came out with a new bike for me right away. I was thoroughly impressed and relieved my short trip wasn't ruined by a flat.

Had a great time! You pass them walking off the cruise ships and they were super friendly and gave a ton of advice and circled things on the map for places to see. She gave a few tips on best beach places, food, and etc.. A relaxing day biking around and seeing Key West for myself!

We had no problems at all. The customer service was Good. He even showed us a map of places that we should check out. We originally rented it just for 24 hours and extended it to the following day. We had no problems at all.
