Today I went to do the Taxes for the first time and I had an excellent experience as well as good treatment from the staff who assisted me, especially Mrs. Angélica Cortinas, as well as the lady who received the documents at reception, they were very kind and very professionals, Mrs. Angélica answered all my concerns from the previous day, since yesterday I called to make an appointment with you, I was fascinated, in addition Mrs. Angélica speaks Spanish and that is a Plus + for the company! I'm grateful, everything was fast, Congratulations for making taxpayers feel well taken care of!

Went in to my appointment at the right time, waited 20 minutes and then got rushed out before my tax person did the only part of my taxes that I needed her for. I was in her office for 20 minutes, she was completely useless when it came to doing the more complex stuff and I basically wasted 320 dollars for her to do all of the things I could have done and none of what I needed her for.
