This hotel is at a convenient location and close to shuttles stops but boy these hotels have gotten expensive. Even after being more than 4 miles away from Mallory square this place still was packed. They room was clean with modern furniture. They were really really understaffed. Long wait time at the front desk to check-in, long wait time to pick up food at the lobby restaurant and long wait time even to find any info over the phone. They need to hire more people.Breakfast and parking is not free and I got overcharged even after I had resort credit to spend on food.Rooms: Clean and modern.Food & drinks: Limited selection but expensive. Service is slow.

Decent hotel on the edge of Key West.We were there for one night so we didn't get to use everything. The complex appears to be quite clean and all facilities can be reached quickly. The rooms are equipped with two large and comfortable beds as standard. The bathroom is separated from the living and sleeping area. The weak point there was the sink, where the water hardly drained, and the bathtub. The fitting almost fell off and the warm water only trickled slightly from the tap. It took 20 minutes for the bathtub to be full. The room had a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker (with surprisingly good coffee).A positive thing was the “free” shuttle (journey time approx. 15 minutes) to Key West center, which you could use upon request. It's quite a distance to walk to the center (around 4km). The shuttle is included in the resort fee ($25), as are two small waters and a $15 food voucher. The consumption voucher could be used, for example, for the bar. But you don't get much for it, as most drinks cost around $10 and a tip is automatically taken into account, which I find pretty amazing. The drinks were good and you don't skimp on the alcohol. The pool was good, could perhaps be a little less chlorinated and filtered better. The small pool was very warm, which I found pleasant.Parking per night: around $15Breakfast $18 pp - we didn't use it. But overall it looked manageably good.Price/performance: in the Florida Keys this plays a minor role. We paid $240 for one night with two drinks and parking (mid-March). Subjectively, is this hotel worth it? Actually no! But everything is expensive in the Keys and $240 is totally okay there.I would actually recommend the Hilton Inn again for the price.

Rooms are good, the employees at the front were also nice.Let’s get into what I didn’t like;Room services slow and poor they didn’t clean our rooms. (I don’t want to blame the worker they could have been understaff but it would be nice to have rooms cleaned)The breakfast in are not free so be prepared.Nearby activities: Pretty close to most attractions.

BEWARE. They will not refund you if you make changes to your reservation. We booked 2 nights, and upon check-in we didn't like the property so they told us we would get a full refund ($460). I asked for a receipt or some kind of paperwork of the refund before I left and the front desk personnel said there wasn't any. A week later I check my bank account and did not see a refund. I tried calling the hotel over a period of two days and got unanswered attempts and multiple times of explaining myself to the operators at Hilton office of why I was calling and who I needed to talk to. Well I finally got through and I asked them about the refund and they said it had not even been processed. I called my bank immediately and reversed the charge. Aside from that, the actual hotel rooms are no more than a motel 8 with updated interior. The lobby was the only place on the property that reflected a Hilton hotel. If you are expecting a luxury room forget it at this place.

We made a reservation 5 weeks before and on the last day they canceled our reservation due to a problem we had with the credit card. We tried to solve it the day before by phone, they told us that it had already been solved but when we arrived they told us that the reservation had been cancelledA SHAME
