The location is great and very convenient to old town! The manager is reachable by phone and answered my call promptly. He was very professional and answered all my questions throughly. There is no office so you must call the manager to get information. Overall I'm extremely happy with these storage units!

I called the number listed here on Google maps at 8 pm on a Saturday and was able to reach the manager after only two rings. He was very pleasant, friendly, and professional. Terrific location and reasonable prices with 24 hour access.

I drove here looking for self storage in Key West. There’s a row of garage doors but no office, no signs, no information on how to rent a space or if any are available. Not sure how this business interacts with customers. ?
