Hampton Inn Key West is the place to stay. It is conveniently located near the airport. The place was clean and the staff was professional. The concierge at the hotel is the person to go to for all your adventures on the island. They really took care of us well. The Pool was awesome. The Complimentary breakfast with the local birds were great. Shuttle to/from airport and also to/from the downtown area was very convenient.

Rooms were nice and spacious and very clean. Water stays hot. Food and drink service at the downstairs pool bar were very delicious. However no vegan/vegetarian options for complimentary breakfast aside from fruit. I also did not like how early the pool was closed.

If you can check in, you can stay at the hotel. It's 5pm and we are still waiting for check-in at the reception. Terrible hotel, think twice when booking.

Nice modern rooms. Great big pool. There is a highway that runs between the hotel and the ocean so that's a turn off. Breakfast was small but complimentary. They have a shuttle service to downtown that runs every 45 mins but you have to sign up for it and the sign up sheet gets filled up quickly especially at dinner times. It would have been nicer to have shuttle run mote often. Super close to airport; about less than 5 mins.

I came with 3 other ladies for two nights to celebrate St. Paddy’s Day in Key West. We could not have been more pleased with the staff and comfort of this hotel. We had a spacious two queen beds room with a spacious bathroom and balcony that was very quiet to relax on. The breakfast included is average. The swimming pool was very relaxing with a bar to order food and drinks at. The ocean is right across the street with an ocean view from the large swimming pool. This hotel is walking distance from the airport. It’s approximately a 10 minute walk or less. A special thank you to Chloe, Nick, Sherna and Maryna for making our stay pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for the spacious rooms, friendly staff, ocean view swimming pool and location walking distance from the airport. They also have a free shuttle to drop you off in town and free shuttles to the airport.

The room was relatively nice, but the maintenance was poor. Our room's lock was not functioning. In addition, the water flow was not impressive at the faucet. The floor was not clean enough. One of the ladies at the reception was unkind, no smiles or any friendly gestures. The others were sower, in general - all of these while i am a diamond member.The shuttles to the city (free) are wonderful and the drivers are very kind. The location is not too far from the city center.Price is fair.Breakfast - poor Hampton Inn breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Key West. Free parking was a plus too!The pool area is very nice and even some live music! Our room was cleaned without being asked, which was a nice treat after a long day at the beach! Smathers Beach is easily walkable from the hotel.Though it’s near an airstrip, we weren’t bothered by the noise. Rooms are well insulated .If you are using the shuttle, plan for an Uber on the way home as its first come first serve and no good way of forming a line by the pickup location. It gets very busy at night so this was our only frustration as people did not adhere to the first come first serve rule.

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay at this hotel. The location was stunning. Morning sunrises, poolside bar, great food service and friendly, accommodating staff. Our room view had us mesmerized every day. Cleanliness was equal to some of the finest hotels we’ve stayed (or better). Special call out to those who clean rooms daily: You deserve a raise!Food service at the Tiki bar was excellent and the selection and quality was surprisingly good.Thank you to the front desk who were pleasant as well as the daily shuttle driver.Overall our stay exceeded our expectations and yes, we will return!Rooms: Updated, reasonably spacious. Oversized, well appointed balconies.Nearby activities: The shuttle makes everything close. But, the sea wall walkway for biking or a stroll is a plus.Safety: Absolutely no issues.Food & drinks: Both bar tenders were personable. Two free drinks per day were perfect for us who are light on alcohol. But, who can resist a free pina colada poolside sitting below coconut trees blowing in the breeze.

Best Hampton I've ever stayed at. Great location, beautiful property, pool, and bar. They have an hourly shuttle that goes to the harbor near everything.The rooms are great, the ocean view we had was the best. Great hotel, can't say enough good stuff about the place. Two big thumbs up.Food & drinks: Great pool bar

When they say ocean view - it's not what you expect. We hot very noisy room with view to the road. Supervisor Sam didn't want to help with the options. I also expected it to be a hotel but it looks like a motel. Pictures are much better then it actually is. Very overpriced IMO.
