We walked in and immediately were met with smiling faces - very welcoming! The cigar room was amazing and Maritza was so knowledgeable and immediately recommended a great cigar for me - it may be my new favorite! She asked what music we wanted to hear and immediately started playing it for us. Great vibe, amazing cigar, and wonderful wine and beer. Do not miss this place!

The best cigar shop experience ever...This special group really knows their stuff and you have hundreds of excellent cigars to select from based on any desired preference... Additionally, they have great pairings in the way of both wine and spirits...The atmosphere and music is on point...Great work!!

This place is odd at best. I've been in humidors all over the world, I've never had an employee be in lockstep with me as I looked around. I've also never been told not to touch a cigar in an effort to keep their integrity. Additionally on an 80° muggy day it would have been nice to walk into a place and have the air conditioning on. Honestly, the jury is still out... but my next trip to Key West I'll be bringing my own sticks.

Fairly decent selection of cigars. Nothing high end. Like I'm used to. But, it'll do, if you just want a decent cigar.

Great location and pretty good selection of cigars, however this an example of having a great location with a large amount of rotating customers. Customer service is lacking on two visits during the same week, service is not great, and they follow you around while in the humidor. If you enjoy walking around the humidor and taking your time to pick out a cigar, this is not the place for you.
They do have a few hard to find cigars, but smoking in their shop is not enjoyable, so I would recommend smoking somewhere else.

Went in and asked if we buy drinks and cigars can we use the restroom, answer NO. Showed her CASH and said we will buy first, NO.

The selection seemed good but I came for the house blend. I've visited several lounges in Key West. There stick is one of the best.
Wasn't keen on the staff but it was close to closing so I get it. They weren't rude but short and gave the hurry up vibe.

Greene Street Cigar Company is awesome! The cigars I’ve gotten from here taste great. The staff are friendly. Beautiful interior. Definitely worth going to! Have a great day!
