“So beautiful. I was in love with this place ( ꈍᴗꈍ). The butterflies were beautiful and the birds, too. The workers were so friendly, you can tell they love their job.”

“Please ignore the negative reviews about this store, they are clearly written by people who have no idea what quality means. If you want to shop for unique items in a gorgeous setting, then this is your place. It's not a place for drunken tourists who want a tshirt or a post card. It's clear the owners have put their heart into curating everything about the store. OK, the price point is a little higher but get over it. The prices are not over the top for the items they are. Also the people working there are kind and knowledgeable. So, if you want some flip flops and a post card go to the CVS. If you want to spend some time fantasizing about beautiful, amazing smelling , high quality items to add to your life- check out our favorite boutique in Key West”

“Very great shop. Lots of nice Christmas and home decor ornaments, focusing of course on Key West themes. Many of them are handmade, carved and all are beautiful. Very affordable shop, great couple that runs the place.”

“This store had a little bit of everything and I was able to make the purchases I was looking for. Actually my trip to key West was solely to visit the Tervis store there. The service was knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful”

“Every time we vacation, we always buy a few shirts and magnets before we leave. We were on the very last day of our trip, and I realized we hadn’t done that yet. So I immediately turned to Google Business and saw this place had great reviews. Drove down there and found everything we were looking for! Prices were fair and the service was friendly. Couldn’t ask for much more than that!”

“Stationed here for a squadron detachment for about a month and found they did meal prep, which is perfect given how expensive it is to eat out in Key West multiple times a day. Placed a large order for multiple people and had no issues with pickup, it was super easy and the woman at the counter was extremely friendly. The food is delicious and the regular sized meals are the perfect amount. Definitely will be using them again if I find myself down here in the future.”

“The Conch Tour Train is probably the most touristy thing you could do in Key West. In fact, it might be the most touristy thing you could do anywhere. It was a semi-stormy, rainy day and our previous plans, which were glorious, were ruined by the weather. So we rode the little tourist train. And it was fun. Your driver will give you a live, narrated tour throughout the ride, except for when you go through a few quiet zones. You will learn history, some architecture, and just generally stuff about Key West. Our driver was quite a character--in a good way. You can hop on and off the train at their handful of stations, if you want to explore the area on foot and then re-board the train later. We wanted to give our feet a break so we just stayed on the train throughout. Yes, it is incredibly touristy and riding a train is no substitute whatsoever for hitting the pavement with your feet and checking out the surroundings on your own pace and in person. Honestly, but for the weather seriously messing with our plans, we would never have ridden the little train. But it was a fun ride, I can't deny it.”

“Purchased a t-shirt for my granddaughter and it had issues with the plastic tag which melted into the shirt. I called the store and they apologized and sent me a new one all the way to Texas. You just don’t find customer service like that anymore. Thank you! I highly recommend this shop!!”

“Cool shop for souvenirs. Quite over priced and not Too many magnets options. I collect magnets so it’s important to me but there were a bunch of other stuff. Also they have naturale come shells outside at the front of the store which are cool!”

“After walking around Key West and seeing many many many cheap souvenir stores with cheap t-shirt and cheap trinkets, we stopped at this store right at the beginning of US-1 (even though it's called "End of the Road" it could also be called...."Beginning of the Road"). There were some souvenirs made in China, with industrial looking paint jobs on the items, but there were some that looked a bit better made. Their selection of ceramic tiles was really good as well as items that had the Mile 0 marking on it. Their T-shirt selection is not large, but the shirts looked of good quality. They had some nice beach towels, Christmas ornaments (with Key West and Rooster motives), books, etc.”
