I was just very rudely told to leave this establishment. I walked in with two spoonfuls of ice cream left in my cup. And the woman comes from the back, shaking her head, and her finger at me telling me no I can’t come in. As I walk out another couple walks in and she is carrying a milkshake. With no lid. I guess my cup of ice cream was too much and her milkshake was just enough.

The place looked nice and the customer service was great but the prints we bought started to fell apart after a week or too. All three of them. Someone could not even glue two pieces of carton together properly. They were not cheap and I don’t think this should happen. Buy “local” they say.

Great store and the products are quality. They do let you ship to anywhere in the US. I got my in-laws a chicken for their house and one for my apartment. There are no taxes due on out of state purchases. The people who worked there are super friendly

Unique store filled with chicken and rooster themed items. I didn’t buy anything because everything seemed a bit pricey. Nevertheless, a cool store!

If you have been to Key West before you know there are free range chicken and roosters walking all over the place...well, this is the Funky Chicken Store, where you can find many items "Poultry" related as well as some nice quality clothing.There are many metal roosters that can be used for decorations at home, the larger ones run about $50-60. If that's a bit steep for your wallet, they have other chicken souvenirs like towels and t-shirts.The clothing section is upscale and mostly geared towards women's fashion.

So we had walked by the funky Chicken store several times over the course of a few days in key West and particularly liked one of the paintings in the window of a rooster and was intent on purchasing it. So on a hot day we walked by and decided to check it out. I was dripping in sweat and asked the owner very politely if he had a paper towel and his reaction was something I never expected! First of all the music was so loud I couldn't hear him and he was saying that they didn't have paper towels. I asked a couple more times thinking he had not heard me.. Obviously frustrated with me he started yelling at me saying that " we are GREEN. WE DON'T HAVE PAPER TOWELS WE HAVE CLOTH TOWELS THAT WE WASH!" He could see the sweat poring off me and went on to yell that he is in charge of what he does here and that he will not have any paper towels in his establishment. And I said we were ready to purchase a few items from the store but that ain't going to happen ever. That's how you let $200 walk out your store.
