Could barely understand the fellow on the phone. English was obviously not his first language, but he was trying hard to make himself understood. If I didn't live 20 miles away I would have just stopped by.

Hands down a FANTASTIC experience working with Erik and his team on my husband’s retirement party. We used 4 star for all our rental needs. 5 tents. 20 round tables with chairs and linens. 6 high tops with linens. And he referred me to Sammy the Soundman for a stage.

The worst company in all of the Key's. i do not know one local that has not been ripped off by these shiesters. Everything they rent is junk, it breaks down just after delivery and then they blame you. Everyone i know uses Sunbelt now.

The owner is a j**** Tables and chairs were decent, but coordinating the pick up and delivery were a nightmare. If you can find someone else I would reccomend you go with them.

5 stars to Four Star rental who helped us out immensely by delivering an excavator in 20 minutes so that we could prepare a grave for our beloved dog that had unexpectedly passed away. Thank you Eric and Eduardo, you are the best!

Unprofessional. Equipment didn't work, twice. They blamed me. Wanted me to try a third tool and I declined. Said I would get a refund and marked it on my receipt. Still waiting over two weeks later.

Not reliable! We called ahead to rent a oversized wheel chair for a handicapped family member. When we got there (paying an Uber $$) They gave us a chair. Luckily we opened and check it because it was Not oversized. We spent 20 minutes with them digging around a pile of wheelchair parts to get us a chair with foot rests. Uber driver gave up and left. They could not create a working chair. While I applaud the effort, they should have had it ready as promised. We were directed to the equipment rental building . Equipment did not look clean or well maintained.

Bounce house came with holes and the top columns sagged. Customer service gave no help too fix before our event. With limited options in Key West use as a last resort. Only good experience so far is the interaction with the delivery people.

They don’t deliver on time and are unreliable. They were two hours late fully setting up the bounce houses for my sons birthday party at 11am. The bounce house they had set up had 5 kids at the top of a slide and it got blown over 360 degrees which was extremely scary for the children. Thankfully they were only banged up some and no broken bones. We called multiple times a day in advance to ensure they would have them set up before 11 yet they were late and not fully set up until 1pm. When I called to speak with the owner he aggressively said “I’m the owner what do you want?” I respectfully told him about my experience and asked how he could make it right, he became even more hostile, started yelling and saying I was lucky they are even open after covid and he was tired of people complaining about their kids birthday parties. He said I should have rented it a day in advance if I wanted it for Saturday. Would never recommend working with this disrespectful company. Low integrity and extremely unprofessional. Horrible company that will take no ownership for mistakes and not delivering on what you paid for. $600 for them to be 2 hour late for my sons birthday party. Disgraceful.

Great experience from delivery to pickup! We ordered an inflatable waterslide for my son's birthday and it was a hit. Durable enough for the parents to slide down. Would definitely recommend!
