I'm sad to see the 1 star reviews of this store. It is amazing! So many unique home goods items. Where KW lacks, this store fits the bill. Salesperson Amy so friendly. I can't wait to go back. In fact, I'm going again today!

Was on vacation and saw some beautiful stuff in this store. We were interested in nice, large Buddha statue from Thailand but when the salesperson contacted the store owner, he refused to ship the piece for us to our home. Hasn't this guy ever heard of shipping insurance?A store that sells furniture that doesn't provide customers with good service? That's penny wise and pound foolish. They are located in Key West which is a big vacation place where people are always dropping in and they provide terrible service. We felt bad for the salesman, Marty, and know that this isn't his fault.We were more than willing to pay for the shipping too.Needless to say, they lost our business and we won't be back when we pass this way again.

Wow. We just bought a LOT of furniture here. One piece that we did NOT choose was delivered and one we picked was left out of delivery. We called the day of delivery and told them it was the wrong piece. Were told there was another piece in warehouse with our name attached. Very nice on the phone. Clearly all a ruse. We were leaving for 10 days and could resolve upon our return. Went to store upon return to resolve and all staff rude and unaccommodating. Refuse to exchange and make things right. Made up all kinds of reasons why we were wrong. Nasty people. Wish I had read and believed the reviews about the rude staff. Was happy to finally find a local furniture store that we loved. And interesting how when we went in, they bashed the other furniture stores. Will never shop there again. Don’t do it! How hard would it be to exchange the wrong piece for the right piece that is STILL in the store? Terrible.

Just plain rude. Recently purchased a large house in Casa Marina. Looking for various furniture items. Thought we’d try Fast Buck’s to support a local business. Had to track down the sales person. Turns out we had passed right by him on our way in, he completely ignored us. Asked my first question and was met with a rude, condescending answer. Didn’t bother to find out anything about us or ask us questions. The store is small with a very limited selection. Still thought they could probably order things for us if they cared to find out what we wanted. Zero customer service. Guess we’ll have to take our dollars north to furniture our house. Too bad.

Great place! Too expensive, but lovely display of great products. I bought over 30 thousand dollars from them. The issue- they do not stand behind there products, if something is wrong. Bigger issue, I loved Phillip, until I had a problem! Flippant is a good word to use to describe him!

My friends and I stopped in yesterday, amid a day trip to Key West from Key Largo. One of my friends was looking for a Buddha as a gift for her husband. The owner was very pleasant and welcomed us. We chit chatted a good bit. This store always has wonderful unique teak items. The only downside are the prices. I realize most of the items come from Bali. I realize rent in Key West is insane. These prices are just under those in Miami Design District. Pleasant to browse. Always like stopping in here.

They have some really nice items in this small store. I love the building as well. I don't generally shop for home furnishings while in Key West, but always enjoy this store in particular. I also sorely miss the Fast Buck Freddies department store, that is now the CVS on Duval Street.
