This is the worst family dollar store I've ever seen you can't walk in there my mom has a walker and she can't even walk around there looks like they need new managers and the workers suck bad customer service. If you go to key west go to dollar tree.

I called the store to see if they had something but the person said They did not have it so I went to the store and they had it then after I called again but that time they were, Karen's also dumb bitches so I really do not recommend calling, but just going yourself

The female store manager with blonde hair and glasses gave me an extremely rude look when I tried to return an item and refused to refund me my money. I hope no one ever does that to her!

hi i bought a dvd Player at ur store # 05795 in key largo Fla on 10/7/22 i asked the store clerk if i could return it if i was not satisfied. she said yes that i had 30 days with receipt. took it to my campground to watch a movie and the dvd tray got stuckcould not see my movie. So our next campground would be in key west. took it to store# 11758 in key west and the Supv Ann Drevlau told me it could only be exchanged for same item. i told her i wanted my money back or store credit because its not good quality. She said returns do not apply to electrics. i told her how am my suppose to know that? when that was not told to me in the other store, and its not on receipt. am i suppose to be a psychic? she did not even have any documentation on return policy! all she did was stumble for words because she could not justify her statements. your company is horrible very anti-Customer. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I WILL CONTACT SOMEONE IN THE STATE OR THE BBB AND FILE A COMPLAINT. SINCE U HAVE NO CONTACT NUMBER HERE IS MINE.

The one thing I HATE is that you can't take the buggy's out to your car because they have these long poles attached to them so they won't for through the door. Which sucks when you have lots of bags.?

I tell you what, Family Dollar has the best prices on cashews and dry roasted peanuts and stuff like that. I always get all my laundry supplies there as well, much cheaper. And candy, shoot I don't eat candy anymore, but when I did it was the best price in town. Better than the dollar and a quarter tree. Because you got more for the same $.

I love Family Dollar. Their prices weren't as crazy as a lot of the other stores here in Key West. The checkout gal was more than friendly to me. She also offered to help carry things to my car out front seeing that I was struggling with Sami the service dog.I was happy to know if there's shelves were completely stocked.You have to really look under the overhead signs to see family dollars it's right in the middle of a strip mall.A definite must for Key Westers.-Per Rita
