What an amazing experience! I had a flat tire on my ebike, they took me in the same day and had it ready within just a few hours. They even went out of their way to get me brown walled tires, which I didn't expect to get! Highly recommend!

Overcharged for bike rentals and the owner did not seem to care. Would not recommend thís company.

Tammy was so nice! They have an English Bulldog at the shop named Cooper too!! He's a love sponge!! I will never go anywhere else to rent a bike!!

They were easy to rent from no problems at all bikes were very easy to operate and very fast if that’s what you want but very nice people to deal with no issues would recommend them for everything not just bikes

Rental was efficient and we were able to return the bikes to their other location which was nice. The bikes we received were creaky and the rear tire on one was wobbly with a loose handlebar. Price for a 4 hour rental seemed a little high. Staff were friendly and the man apologized for the condition of the bikes when we returned them.

I had a real problem with a bike lock that wouldn't open. This gentleman was kind enough to walk down the street, take his bolt cutters to release the locks. He didn't/wouldn't take money for helping me out. I gave him a minor gratuity. He saved me from having a really BAD day. Thank you. I will send all business i can your

While I will be the first to admit I am a biker snob and have high standards, but I am being honest when I say go elsewhere, at least for renting standard bikes. They were sold out of “premium” bikes, so we went with two standards. I can get past the fact that they weren’t in the best shape, but I might go as far as saying these were teetering on being dangerous. A quick moment from the worker when renting these bikes should be expected. “Let me show you how to adjust the seat”, or “wow that rim is super bent, let me grab another bike”, or “let me tighten the bolts on the basket as I can see it’s rubbing in the tire.”

Never and I mean never use this so called business. Swore at us, lied to us and we never saw one bike. Not one thing was good about the experience with this idiot.

Easy pick up. I got the fat tire e-bike for the day. It was awesome. Good speed and comfort. I will definitely do it next time I am in Key West. Drop off was simple, also. Locked it and dropped the key.

Amazing experience down in key west. Rented e-bikes for the day and we were able to easily get all around the island and not have to worry about parking. Jenny was so helpful with getting us set up and ready to ride! Definitely made our day trip down there the best one yet!

We rented electric bikes from this company and we had a blast in Key West.Highly recommended. Bikes are well maintained. Thank you so much once again. Without electric bikes we would have been walking or driving and paying $40 a day for parking. With electric bikes we got to see the whole island.
