Emeralds International was recommended to me by the curator at Mel Fisher as I had an Atocha Emerald & was considering selling it. I flew to Key West and met with Carl to discuss every possible avenue with my ring. Ultimately, I decided to have it reset into a pendant. It turned out beautiful! It’s well crafted and looks amazing (& brighter in the gold, which he said it would). I’ve received so many compliments on it. The pricing was fair for the custom piece and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and level of detail I received.

Emeralds International has been our favorite jewelry store in the world for decades. My most beloved piece in my entire jewelry box is a blue topaz and diamond ring so beautifully designed by Carl. It is a one of a kind piece. What’s more, we return to Key West each year and take this ring into the store for its very own “spa day” of cleaning and any needed nips and tucks. I receive compliments galore about the ring. As an added bonus, delightful Marina greets us with that beautiful smile of hers, offers superb service, and treats us like relatives. (Do ask her about her devotion to Bono and U2!) Customer care like theirs is rare and so appreciated by us.
