When I lived in Key West, John was the only one I'd ever take my vehicles to. He fixed and serviced my car, taught me how to drive a scooter (I've never had an accident thanks to his lesson!) and did routine maintenance on my scooters as well. He's reasonably priced, and most importantly, he's honest. He'd never tell you something you don't need to do. He's also got the hookup on good deals on scooters if you're looking to buy a good bike.
