The General Manager at this location is very racist towards everyone who is not black. This store has historically had ZERO people of ANY race other than blacks working here. They only hire white or hispanic people if they are desperate. Then fire them when they can get black people in there. If you are black, you can work here and never get fired.

Broken often with only one person who has the power to reset the machine. The person in front of me left the car wash in the middle of their service. System would not reset for me to get the service I paid for. To clarify… Employee’s at dions’: 5 stars - probably all capable to receive training to reset the machine. Single person with power to reset the machine: unavailable The car wash itself : 0 stars

The automatic carwash made one pass over the car, distributed soap, and no rinse! The lights directed me to leave the carwash. Had to go to another carwash to get the soap off. Tried to call and tell someone in the store that there was a problem, no interest!

Paid$16 for car wash drive through no soap no wash refuses to refund my money obviously a problem with the system operathe car wash used it multiple times in the past But should have been treated a little better when their system is obviously broken

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a family meal for 6 and they didn't know what was included. I had to show them what was in it. Train the people selling your product. We still didn't get what we ordered.

Who reviews a gas station? lol. I like this one because they're often the cheapest gas on the island, the wonderful view you have whilst pumping gasolinas, and because the employees are always very friendly which is an exceedingly difficult thing to find in the Keys. So I give them the business whenever I can.
