Spent one night at this hotel as part of my honeymoon and it was absolutely fabulous!! The room was great and the staff spoiled us when they heard that we were there for our honeymoon. Karen at the front desk was amazing! Very kind and helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Key West.

We were shocked. Have stayed in other Courtyard properties and this one is not up to snuff. The walls are so thin, I could hear exact words of conversations on both sides and they were not yelling. TVs to each side kept us awake until after midnight. Also, the description says they have a kayak launch and shows picture with kayaks. This is malarkey. There are no kayaks. You have to go to someplace and rent them. I guess if you bring your own kayak, you could launch it, but we felt it was somewhat of a misrepresentation. Concierge was no more helpful than looking things up yourself online. Tiki Bar and pool were nice, I'll give it that. It also was very easy to get Ubers anytime. If you are a walker, Old Town is not that far (2 or 2.5 miles), but tjus hotel is on a very busy street and not scenic, so we rode rather than biking or walking. The price is right, but bring earplugs or be ready to be up until all hours if your neighbors are talking or watching a show!

We stayed one night with a family of four in the B Suite Rooms (only bathroom and bedroom) and had a pleasant stay. Parking is included. We stayed on the second floor and had a nice balcony facing the pool. The pool facing rooms were nice because there are many palm trees and greenery to look at and was pretty private. The rooms were clean and basic. If we come back to key west, I would consider staying here again. It was definitely better than the Fairfield inn down the street.

We had a nice stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Waterfront hotel while visiting Key West. Located on North Roosevelt Blvd. at Kennedy Drive, well North of the historic downtown area. This beautiful Hotel is situated on a small bay. The room was nicely appointed with a balcony overlooking a lush tropical garden and swimming pool. There is a small boardwalk down by the waterfront with seating where you can enjoy the sunset while enjoying your favorite beverage from the Poolside Tiki bar. The price was expensive but in line with the other hotels in Key West.

The pool is terrific! That is why the decent rating. The area is lush, spacious & clean with plenty of seating and a nice tiki bar!The room…where do I begin??? We can hear snoring from the room on 1 side, along with their conversations. It seems like a single person on the other side as we only hear her on the phone & the tv. You hear every noise in the hall. The bathroom is small- no vanity and the shower is unusually narrow. That said, the room is clean & the water pressure in the shower was very good!

I'll begin by saying the service from employees was impeccable. The poolside bar was welcoming , tropical , and had great deals. My room was clean, with attention to detail others sometimes miss. The common areas are tropic themed without being tacky, which is hard to do.The only thing I would recommend, is that if you're a light sleeper...bring ear plugs! The walls of this place are so thin, I heard a person sneeze in the room next to me. The road noise is so disturbing and it's constant. You can hear people yelling in the street..with all of the doors and windows closed. It's as if the walls were made of rice paper. I barely slept 3 full hours during my stay because I simply was not prepared for a building structure so lacking in sound proofing

Beautiful and clean room. Be aware if you are in a "B" suite, it is only a bedroom and bathroom. The "A" suites has a full on kitchen, etc. so if they start cooking very strong smelling ethnic food it's going to stink up your room, clothes, hair, everything. The staff offered us another room but we were flying out early the next day. Otherwise, excellent experience!

Don’t don’t don’t. I’m a loyal, Marriott customer lifetime elite this was the worst Property I’ve ever been to total chaos upon check-in people leaving rooms not ready. I’m more than willing to give somebody a chance, but I went on my app and I found a Hilton right away and I got my room. Tried to cancel and the assistant manager said I couldn’t until I got Bonvoy On the phone, the hotel canceled my reservation, but never called to tell me leaving me not knowing. Trying to call back. Nobody answers the phone. I know it’s busy but there’s got to be a better way. I was just trying to avoid the chaos and yet they were trying to make me still stay there. I would avoid this property.

They claim to be a smoke- free property. What a joke. EVERY day could smell cigarette smoke. Even found a cigarette butt in the pool one day. When they have ashtrays out on the outside bar and multiple people smoking, and then the office tells you 5 minutes later they don’t allow smoking there either, well, you get the picture. Nice heated pool. Place is too far away from Duval and where most want to spend there time. I’m platinum with Marriott. Stayed a lot of places over the years. Once was more than enough at this location.

Rooms: This hotel was sold out when we were here. We had hoped as Titanium we would get an upgrade, but that was not possible due to full capacity. We are all supposed to get free, breakfast or lunch as Titanium, but they were only letting us use two $10 coupons which didn’t covereither. So, Ken at the bar, advocated for us, and we were able to use more than two coupons. We had additional coupons because the tiki bar closes for lunch at two and we were not able to get there from our adventures on Key West before two.thanks to the Front Desk for their quick response when I would text them through the Bonvoy site.Walkability: This hotel is on the main road that has a wide sidewalk. There are two Publix across the street. There is a bay behind the hotel that has a boardwalk all along it and comfortable seating.Noteworthy details: Large deep pool. Big screen TV out by the pool. The hot tub had more chlorine than my skin could handle.
