I'll try to be civil but it's really hard to do after dealing with the incompetence of staff. 1st of all the price jumps up which is infuriating especially due to the lack of service! Then over an hour on the phone with someone I can barely understand & still no resolution to my questions!! This is EVERYTIME I have to contact Comcast! Total complete incompetence!! Aggravating, frustrating, just the worst

This xfinity has bad customer service at the counter desk the reps are mostly rude and don't like to help or assist you with bill questions especially one lady that talks to you rude and keeps a scowl on her face

Ill be short and to the point. The Name of the representative is the only guy in there (or atleast that's how he introduced himself) I have spent an HOUR or maybe more just for other lady at the desk to tell me to call customer! Do you service that should take that's long?! YES IF THE PERSON IS TRYING BUT NOT GELPING YOU! AWEFUL PLACE ! Просто пиздец ребятки.

I have never dealt with a company that can equal Xfinity’s poor customer service. The internet service is horrible as is their mobil phone service. It’s amazing that they stay in business. Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely terrible internet service. Downloads at 200-300mbps max…awful in 2022. Constant outages every week. You get home from work and can’t even really use the internet because of throttles or outages. I can’t wait until AT&T gets fiber on the whole island.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. It’s so frustrating that the internet goes out several times a day and even more in just a few hour period. Stay away from this company. Better to just shovel over to AT&T and get better internet installed

I've been trying to close the account of an apartment I lived in for only 6 months 7 YEARS AGO!! No one is ever able to figure out how to shut it off and I've yet to find an agent who can figure it out. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone that can help and there is no way to reach the Key West office directly. It's always a call center in another country.

I was going to comment and say “worst customer service of any company I have ever had to deal with” but a more accurate statement is the fact that this company does NOT have ANY customer service and has never herd of this concept ever! I gave it a star but actually doesn’t deserve a single star. Consumer beware there doesn’t seem to be any live bodies to answer the phone to even complain or state your issue. Pathetic!

absolute trash. my xfinity wifi goes out multiple times a day for no reason, we’ve had their wifi for years, always been trash. waste of money, do not get anything from comcast.

Comcast is the worst in Key West. Too bad we have no other choices in Key West. It's a shame the way customers are treated. 3 days in a row:new tickets created, new appointments made. Please stay on the line again and again. We are a hotel, so complains from the guests is the worst for us. Multiple appointments made, no one shows up, no email, no phone call.
