Lately there have been frequent outages, very frustrating especially since no weather events. The customer service system is set up so customers cannot talk with agents, not the best customer service. Based on your response - I'll try to be more clear "talk" is the key word. Not interested in links or automated computer interactions.

I opened Xfinity internet and phone account in April 2022 in this office, had automatic payments set up and had no issues with them for two years (My payment was raised for $20 more after a year but I read in statement that my promotion was over and it was understandable)
Beginning of May 2024 my lease was up and I went to Xfinity office for account termination. Angel (attentive and nice agent) said that all I have to do is bring the equipment (router) back. May 3rd I brought it to Angel, he said I will be reimbursed for the last week I had paid ahead (statement was ending every 10th of month) of $21.98 and that was all.
June 10th I am getting email that I owe Xfinity $124 for early termination. I called customer services and they told me I apparently have signed the contract till 2026 on March 27th, which was sent by text or email (I have not received any of them and obviously have not signed anything) by what logic would’ve I signed contract in March 27th till 2026 when I was leaving the apartment in a month?
I told customer service agent that I was not informed about having a contract till 2026 or early termination fee at the office when I was returning the equipment and I needed the proof of my signed agreement. They were not able to send it to me but directed me to the nearest Xfinity office to print my agreement. I went to NJ office and they don’t have access to Florida accounts, plus apparently they don’t have any early termination fee for over one year accounts.
So no one can get me a signed contract but they are charging me for its termination.
The agents in India can’t provide key west office number and office in NJ can’t access my account in FL.
What is going on Xfinity?

I'll try to be civil but it's really hard to do after dealing with the incompetence of staff. 1st of all the price jumps up which is infuriating especially due to the lack of service! Then over an hour on the phone with someone I can barely understand & still no resolution to my questions!! This is EVERYTIME I have to contact Comcast! Total complete incompetence!! Aggravating, frustrating, just the worst

I am on Xfinity and they have provided me with a pretty good service but the automatic payments go against the card instead of the bank account and any problem is either resolved online or in person, they do not have telephone service

This xfinity has bad customer service at the counter desk the reps are mostly rude and don't like to help or assist you with bill questions especially one lady that talks to you rude and keeps a scowl on her face

Ill be short and to the point. The Name of the representative is the only guy in there (or atleast that's how he introduced himself) I have spent an HOUR or maybe more just for other lady at the desk to tell me to call customer! Do you service that should take that's long?! YES IF THE PERSON IS TRYING BUT NOT GELPING YOU! AWEFUL PLACE ! Просто пиздец ребятки.

I have never dealt with a company that can equal Xfinity’s poor customer service. The internet service is horrible as is their mobil phone service. It’s amazing that they stay in business. Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely terrible internet service. Downloads at 200-300mbps max…awful in 2022. Constant outages every week. You get home from work and can’t even really use the internet because of throttles or outages. I can’t wait until AT&T gets fiber on the whole island.
