They change locks on your unit without notifying you. We couldnt get our things out because we didnt have the new code. There is never an actual person to talk to and if you call they are not very helpful either and say they will call you back in 20 minutes, and sometumes they do, sometimes they dont.

I rented a U-Haul on returning the U-Haul I found out that had a lot more work than expected and had to keep it a couple extra days unfortunately I didn't realize it was an inconvenience not having a reservation for a couple of days, lesson learned.
He was convenient to rent a storage unit from the same facility very clean very organized tight security and ample space for the price.

The worse customer service. Signed evac papers with a 45 day notice. They will charge you months after you evacuate. While I was there, 2 people came in with the same issue. I actually took a girl to Home Depot because they told her they had a truck for rent, she took an Uber and when she arrived I was sitting on the steps on the phone with corporate for the 15th time. Why can’t these people get it together. It’s not rocket science. Rent, pay, evac. Done. Nope. Not here!! They want your soul.
Edit: They asked me to reach out. Reach out to who? I've been reaching out since April. No one answers, no return calls. Sent 20 emails, called about 15 times, spent 3 hours in there Friday. So, how is a phone call to no one going to help me. I'll wait.

Absolutely the most hateful people in Key West. It is a complete bother to them if you walk in the front door. The virtual people on the computer are much nicer.

The best storage in Key West with climate control. I am not in to the on-line manager thing they have but once I get through, the rest was smooth.

Signing up for storage via virtual manager was pretty seemless, however site maps in the storage area would have been helpful since it was a sunday and the office was closed. Overall a good experience

Convenient and fair price everything clean , and well lit.
Very good customer service from employee at the front desk.
Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the shortage of hand carts to move your items from loading dock to locker.

Facility is very clean, smells good, and temp controlled. Straightforward process to rent the unit online. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
