I have had my law firm doing business for over 40 years in several locations in two states, NY & Florida. This is the best, most professional, but personal service I have ever received. Wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly people getting the job done.

Every single time I have used this branch (N Roosevelt), the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Today I went to the atm to deposit cash specifically to avoid having to go inside. The machine took the cash and did not give a receipt. So I go inside and after waiting around for about 5 minutes with nobody else in line in front of me I tell the teller my situation. She looks straight at me and says "The ATM doesn't work". I said well obviously it does because it just took my money. She proceeds to just walk out of a side door and not say a word to me. She finally comes back inside and gives me a receipt for the money and again says the ATM doesn't work. I didn't say this but in my mind I'm thinking that if your atm doesn't work there should be a sign on it saying so. Anyway - then I tell her I was trying to deposit the money into my daughters joint account that is linked to mine. It didn't give me an option to put it into her account rather than mine. After telling me again that the ATM doesn't work she says that I need to link my accounts so I can see them all when I use the machine. I say OK - well what do I need to do? She says "you have to link the accounts". Period. No other info. It was like pulling teeth - so again I say I understand ... HOW DO I LINK THE ACCOUNTS?? Her response - "we have to do that". Period, no other info again. So I say OK... so what do I need to do??? How does this get done?? She very clearly doesn't want to fool with some simple request so she turns to the male teller working and says "Hey (will leave his name out) can you link some accounts for her"?? He looks at me and back down at whatever he was doing and was like "umm.. I really don't..." I was like forget it, I'll just go to my normal Centennial on Big Pine that always has amazing service. The last time I was at this N Roosevelt location the ATM was broken with no sign... Only figured it out b/c the guy in front of me couldn't get it to work. He goes inside, I tried anyway just to see and no, it was broken. So I had to go inside again to deposit money. Stood around for about 15 minutes with the one guy in front of me waiting while the tellers have no customers and are just chatting with each other in Spanish. Eventually he does his transaction, leaves and I still wait a while. Finally she calls me up and I say "I need to deposit this money". Her response: "You can just do this at the ATM you know". No actually I can't because it's broken - that's why the guy that was just in front of me came in here as well. AGAIN - she just walks out the side door, comes back a few minutes later and says that she just fixed it. I said "well I'm already in here and have been for 20 minute at this point, can I just give you the money and you deposit it"??? That highly irritated her b/c once again she didn't want to be bothered with doing a simple banking transaction. There were no other customers in the bank, they were not busy and neither time was it even close to the end of the day. As if that should matter. The staff is rude, condescending, unhelpful and clearly not customer service oriented. I do not recommend using this branch!

I would not recommend to open account at this bank and specifically this branch. They don't tell you about all fees and charge you every month something new. Employees are very rude including management.

I've been a customer since it was Marine Bank. For years, they had excellent service, employees, and management. I couldn't make a single complaint against them until recently. The manager, Ingrid, is so rude and disrespectful that even their employees want nothing to do with them. All of the amazingly sweet staff have either quit or moved. When I have bumped into them at the grocery store or at their new jobs, every single one of them told me that they quit because of the manager. I do most of the banking for my family, but one day my husband went to make a deposit. Please realize that he doesn't know our account number. He went to the window where Ingrid told him to fill out a slip. When he informed her that he didn't know the information, she scolded him then told him that she didn't have time to deal with this. After he told her off, she suddenly remembered that she did indeed have time to help him. I'm sorry, but if you don't have "time" to help your customers as a manager, then you shouldn't be a manager. The service and staff have suffered immensely with Ingrid in charge. Oddly enough, I have found previous Centennial Bank managers and employees at another local bank chain who knows how to treat their staff and their customers. Centennial Bank, please get your stuff together. I miss the bank that you used to be. Additionally, you really need to reopen the Simonton branch and find ANYONE other than Ingrid to manage it.

Terribly run. I asked for forgiveness on fees while having been a customer for 10 years. Don’t patronize this bank as they look as you as cattle nothing else. Ingrid the manager (who can’t answer the phone nor show basic customer service) apparently “runs” two of the their branches. Never seen her a day in my life even though I’ve banked the branch for ten years. Centennial would be wise to invest in their customers and not so much in ridiculous fees that rip people off and terrible employees.

Terrible management. Was told “I can leave” when speaking to their very rude bank manager Ingrid. No have a good day, no asking what she could do to help. The WORST customer service and it reflects on their poorly staffed other branches.

I've been a customer for 2 years. Over the last few weeks, I've tried to call the bank and it tells me there's 122 calls ahead of me! I've called several times and it's NEVER been less than a hundred. Went to the bank friday at 1230 to straighten out an issue and was treated rudely and the teller or manager said they were "too busy" to help me. I'm switching banks today

Roosevelt location teller was INCREDIBLY rude. Tried to complete a simple transaction and she just talked over me the whole time. Of course, she messed it up, cuz she didn't listen.
I've been with this bank for years. I give it 5 stars because their other locations couldn't be kinder and easier to work with.
