I’m new here in Key west and I’m looking for one of the best salon to do my hair. I showed my hair dresser how I want my hair to be cut and Like damn it exceeds my expectation and gives me 101% self confidence. No doubt this Salon is one of the best. Lori is the best! I’ve been going to her for over a year and am never disappointed. She goes above and beyond expectations and is so kind. Hadn't been to the salon for years when I had highlights done on vacation in LA at LeSalon by Brenda. Loved it and was anxious about finding a place to maintain my new color in Key West. I've been to Mora 3 times since, we've established an every 6 weeks appointment, and I couldn't be happier! She understands the limits of my fine hair and does both a great color maintenance and blow out. I noticed that no locals have Blown Away bad reviews, only tourists. I highly recommend them.

I made an appointment weeks in advance for an all over color. When I showed up for the appointment, the stylist thought I was there for a haircut. I said no, that I had made an appointment for an all over color. She said she didn't have time to do it. I said that I had made the appointment for an all over color weeks before. She looked at her calendar and said "oh! I have you down for a base color ". I told her no again and repeated that I needed an all over color. She said she couldn't do it that day. I told her I was not happy and her response was "well bye then". Super rude and unprofessional. She didn't even offer a reschedule or apologize so I just walked out. Now I'm stuck trying to find someplace that can get me in before we go out of town. They might be less expensive, but with service like that, you get what you pay for. Great phone text reminders. Beautiful, bright, spacious salon. Friendly greeting.It was my first time there and I was scheduled with Maura as my stylist. She really 'got me' and what I was trying to do with my hair. I was so comfortable once she began to cut and style, and I walked out with exactly what I hoped for. Thank You Maura. Looking forward to my next visit.

Clean and professional salon. Pleasant staff. Alissa was great! Nice shampoo and blow dry that was quick and perfect! She used humidity proof products to keep my hair looking good. Very pleased with this salon and will always use them when in town!
