Do not waste your time in this store. Ronnie the assistant manager is absolutely no help at all. I’ve been a customer for 18 years and think I will be switching company’s because of her attitude and lack of help today. You could tell from the second I walked in this morning she was not in a good mood to help customers. The only reason I didn’t go to the marathon store is because they are closed on Sundays. I will never step foot into the key west location again. Stay away. I spend over $500 a month with att and deserve much better customer service from the employees.

Paul H was amazing he is very knowledgeable of product and has a lot of patience. I went in to figure out what was wrong with my phone, and I ended up buying a new phone because of his customer service.

Been there three times this week and they couldn’t help me with my issue. They don’t even bother to check your account in the iPad, all they know how to say is “We can’t help you here, you have to call” and by the way I called and they couldn’t help me by phone either ? they told me to go to the store ?

The worst customer service on the island. Couldn't answer basic questions except to quote cooperate answers that didn't explain what was going on. inventory was limited kept trying to sell me a phone that I didn't want. When we finally settled on a phone I was told that I couldn't buy outright that they were not a cooperate store and I needed to finance for three months minimum. When they asked me about protection I denied it and was told that if I lost or something happened to the phone that I would have to pay for it outright which is what I tried to do from the beginning. Then the fees started to mount up for activation which I was told to go home and do that, they dont set it up in store. So when I question why the set up fee if I have to do it myself I was at that point told that I was denied service in a most unappealing fashion, without another word I left the building knowing this operation will not be here long. I wish I could offer a no star rating buyers be where. P.S. my wife went in to buy a phone a week earlier without success because the associate that was helping her couldn't even tell her what the phone cost, at that point she got up and left. She tried to warn me but It was Saturday and I needed a phone. Long and short easier to order online and not have to deal with ignorance on who ever owns that business.

Liz is absolutely amazing!Went to a At&t store in Miami because my phone couldnt read my sims card… Guy told me to just throw it away and get a new phone with him. I told him No. Came back home to Key West, went to see Liz and she helped me tremendously!!!! Did not need to get a “new phone”.. my phone is already new by the way. Great service. Whatever you need, go see Liz!

Horrible customer service. I was misinformed by the store about what needed to be done to return equipment. What they made seem like a very easy process turned into a more difficult process. The representative who spoke to me was short, rude and couldn't wait to assist another customer because they were busy. I, and every member of my family, will do our best to ensure that AT&T never gets another dollar from us.

I'm not sure about the actual service once connected, but the installation process was awful. Two attempts to install and both were failures. The first guy showed up and we walked through where we wanted the connection entering the house, he moaned and complained the whole time. I sensed he was lazy and didn't want to do this job. Once we settled on the wiring on the house, he proceeded to check the pole connection. A little while later he came back and tells us the port connector on the pole is full and that he would not be able to install that day. He said he would call in to the office to put in a ticket to add a port. AT&T calls to let us know that the problem was resolved. Six weeks later, different guy shows up, he's nicer, but he again tells us that there are no ports available for our installation. He then verified with the office and 'no ports available'. UGH! We canceled the entire installation. Very disappointed and the sad part is we get a flyer in the mail today offering a deal on service and installation. Stop bothering us if you can't provide the service! Done with AT&T!

I went into the store upset because I couldn’t charge my Mac tablet. Right away David said I’ll see if the connection is inhibited by dust and such and clean it up. But he noted that a wire inside the cord seemed to be broken. You couldn’t see it cause there was no tear in the cord itself. I said “oh no I can’t buy another.” (Truth is I’m on a fixed income and wouldn’t be able the buy one for a month. So as me and another attendant sat to let the tablet charge, without hesitation David was taking out money and bought me a new cord. This was the most unexpected kindest gesture. An employee that went way beyond the call of duty and I am so thankful. It’s wonderful to experience an employee who feels able to respond within their job as the person that they are. Thanks AT&T.

Stopped here to get a new galaxy 5 pro watch when my old S3 died while I was on vacation. Sales people were friendly but not knowledgeable. They couldn't answer basic questions about the watch, and none of them could figure out the watch band. If you are selling it, you should have knowledge about it or at least where to find the info
