It was pouring down rain. I forgot to pay the $40 parking fee in a garage. Arnold’s towed it. Picked it up the same day and they charged me $547. The skinny little driver that was working the window (who said he was from Washington DC) tried to tel me those were charges set by the City of Key West. Skinny little guy … You got my $547 … But you are a pure yellow coward. Own it. And Arnold’s are thugs that take advantage of people visiting this fine city. Pure yellow coward.

Very fast and opened my car! Locked the keys in the trunk of a rental car. Rental car company kept me on the phone for Uber an hour. Then a local told me to call Arnold’s towing. Glad I did.

Well it appears as if Arnold Towing went ahead and accepted our sister companies unauthorized use fee schedule & of course we will be sending them an invoice which they can forward to the risk management department for the city since they acted on a contract that was void for lack of due process & made void by what appears to be a bad Faith volition to follow the agreement that they entered in to with the city of keywest, as far as we can tell .Good on yaI heard that Arnold is good people himself but he seems to have mindless people working with his company.

It's a disappointment there are some people like these guys. One of them just tried to tow me away for stoping in tow away spot for less than 2 minutes, charged a 100 bucks for letting me out saying that people don't have anywhere to park when they come home...really with 5 more free spots... Easy money for them i guess, enjoy em

These people are horrible. They are rude. They are liars and crooks! They towed my Mom’s caregivers car and totally lied about the circumstances. When I tried to discuss this with them they hung up on me. I will also be calling the City of KW to complain about this company. All should do this. So this horrible company loses any contracts it may have.

If you are looking for the lowest life human beings on the planet, look no further. Arnold’s towing stole my truck from an empty lot that had a pass to be there make a cheap buck. Tourists in town filled my designated spot unknowingly so I took the one next to it when there was plenty available empty spots, instead of being understanding decent people they charged me double to get my vehicle back the night I needed it to make it home to work to support my family instead of waiting a day which wasn’t an option. I’m a working musician on the road with a pass for a local venue, instead of calling and informing the venue that is the oldest most known bar in the islands they chose to run a scam on the ones helping bring tourism and business to their islands. I’ll admit my mistake but I will never respect this towing company it’s owners or it’s employees who admitingly regret working here.
