What the hell do these guys think. they went to the apartment complex (arrive key west) where I have more than 3 months of living, I have my parking permit sticker and they took my vehicle and now I have to pay them for not knowing how to read and take my property just because they wanted to.
Thieves is the best word to describe this business

This business is awful! First of all, they charged $1500 to tow our RV and boat trailer 12 miles (an illegal action which we will fight). Then after talking to dispatch to find out when we could retrieve our vehicles, she never tells us to bring the boat registration and that they don’t take credit cards or personal checks. Luckily we had another vehicle because it took 2 trips - first to get the boat registration and then to get a cashiers check from the bank, which the owner could have mentioned after the first inconvenience. So what should’ve taken us 30 minutes to do took 2 hours! Luckily we weren’t relying on Uber or a friend. Finally, the owner was super slow on the computer as if he didn’t know how to use it. ? I know people don’t really have a choice when it comes to towing companies for accidents and police matters, but maybe this review will improve their operations!

Called them and told me will come to me in 30 minutes. I called them after 40 minutes and said I have to wait 30 to 45 minutes. Also, other towing services less expensive than them.

RIP-OFF!! over-priced goons. Picked up my vehicle and they drove it less than a mile to their yard (didn’t even have to be towed!) and they charged over $1,200. Also, they want CASH ONLY, which one can reasonably assume they do it to report less earnings and avoid paying taxes. Total rip-off artists ZERO STARS DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

Where to begin. I have had the honor of working with Anchor towing a few times within the past couple months. My first interaction was on the phone with Veronica. She was amazing. No one really understands how hard and frustrating being a dispatcher is. Your dealing with upset and rude people all day long. She was so understanding and she got me all set up. I am new to the area so I'm sure It was a bit annoying working with me over the phone. I then met Albert. Amazing hard worming man.I continued to deal with Veronica and I believe her name is Ashley over the phone. They got me situated and so patient with me over the phone. These 2 are rare and beyond hard to find today.I have since been on a couple tow jobs with Alex. What a freaking guy. He dosent shy away from work in anyway. Hot, dirty, nasty, heavy, or stressful. He is on top of it. Hats off to the Anchor family. Who ever is the ownership of this business needs to really cherish and realize what an amazing team you have. Lil bonus would go a long way for these amazing employees.Services: Special vehicle towing

Called tonight with a question/concern about someone illegally parking at our complex. The lady decided to hang up on me. I called again asking why she hung up on me and she threatened to call the sheriff’s department to tell them I called several times (even though I just called twice). Pretty poor customer service, I guess that’s what I get from waking her from her nap ?
