I tried and tried and tried to set up a new account and service with Amerigas because I was already an existing customer. Although it ended up taking over 6 weeks to set up service with my existing service in midtown, it required me to set up auto payments three times, got a code violations that took another 6 weeks to fix, and had to set up automatic servicing 3 times to get refill service every 4 months, I finally got all of that running smoothly. Now, I had to set up our new account twice with the Sales Dept, but they won't assign an account number, until I approve the estimate for installation of new service. But they won't tell me what the estimate is. They scheduled a tech to go out to the property to get an estimate, rescheduled it twice, notified me by email that the tech's report is complete, and now have no record of it. Sales was ready to start another new service request when they found the old service request. However, they had no info on it and transferred me to customer service, who, of course, had no info either. Customer service wanted me to call Sale's Dept a fifth time to set up service. That's when I tenderness how difficult it was to set up service initially and decided to start over with Suburban Propane.

As a long time costumer with the company, and super satisfied !! Key west crew is the best, starting at customer service to delivery as well.

Fast, friendly service! I would suggest doing business with them to everyone. They have been my propane service for over 10 years now and I am always satisfied with their customer care and service.
