Thank you so much for your help and advise today. The XL cooling vest fits my big girl perfectly...so glad I did not get large.She really likes it, and on our outing today, I've stopped twice to re wet and she has sat there patiently waiting to put back on.I did not get the lady's name that helped me out, but she was fantastic!Thank you so much!I have a friend that has an even fluffier gsd and she's going to stop in to get a cooling vest.Also they are HALF the price and more variety of size against petsypermarket!

I could not be more grateful for Shawn and Jennifer. I have a disabled Siberian husky who definitely experiences the husky picky eater syndrome. On top of that she has numerous allergies and finding appropriate food for her has been incredibly difficult. In contrast to places like pet supermarket, where I found myself with limited choices due to the ingredients, American dog was like a candy store for my fluffy child. There are so many food options that fit with Beans unusual diet, and even when I felt spoiled for choice, Shawn and Jennifer were full of knowledge on every single product, making the decision easier to make. I chose the food with confidence instead of confusion. Thank you so much for everything you guys do.

Obviously, things have changed since the last reviews(11 yrs.). I went there to buy my 9 yr old girl a birthday gift and left empty handed and offended by the somewhat judgemental clerk! I am 30+ years in retail and NEVER in my retail career has another retail person EVER made me feel so offended ask anyone who knows me knows it has to be pretty f####ing rude to offend me! I asked for my girl's brand of dry food and she proceeded to look down her nose and told me they did not. That should of been the end of it but NO wait; she has to tell why my choice of dog food is not good enough for her to carry. I got the message she does NOT want or need my money so I obliged! I went to the other Pet Supermarket where they at least APPRECIATE my business!

Super helpful owner! We were so glad to find this store when we ran out of food sooner than we expected. We got good advice on how to help our poor pup with his inflamed sand fly bites too. Highly recommend this pet store!

We needed some shoes for our dog. I just happened to drive past this store and stopped in to check it out. I cant remember her name, but she greated us right away. As soon as she was done helping a customer, she came over and asked if she could help us find anything. She guided us right over to the doggy shoes. We discussed the different shoes, what they are typically used for and then she helped me pick the best size. She said if they didn't fit, bring them back un-used and she will exchange them for a different size. The service was fantastic and accommodating! We will definitely be back for our pet needs when we are in town.My boy loves his new shoes. They are keeping his paws from burning on the hot pavements around KW.
