I like it always making fast appointment and very attentive to pets and owners taking a good care. Always resolve the issues professionally! Highly recommend. I switched to this clinic because other was long waiting and too busy to give attention and care my pet needed.

We boarded our maltese and flew to Europe. We no sooner check in and we get a phone call saying somebody has to come pick him up because he's barking too much. We had someone available but decided to come home and rescue him ourselves. We cancelled our trip. We don't think much of their kennel.

My husband and I have a special needs Pharaoh Hound puppy who needed a local vet while we were in Key West for an extended stay. All Animal Clinic spoke with our local vet and our puppy's neurologist to make sure we were all on the same page for her blood work and possible required care. Everyone in the office was wonderful and took great care of Fera. They fit us in on the fly and handled the bloodwork she needed for her primary care office. Highly recommend. This will be who we use when we are in Key West full-time. Thank you so much for everything. Fera sends her love!

Can't believe this doctor is still practicing. Rude as can be. Treated employees like garbage. Amazing that the place is still in business

Used to love this vet and took my dog there for 13 years but just decided to never take my dogs again due to her "new systems" losing a payment for pain meds (which she told me would be voided BECAUSE I ALREADY PAID), then 6 months later they snuck that charge into a teeth cleaning appt bill. Now I find out that a new invoice was created a week after that appt for clindamycin that I was never notified I owe. Just tried to go refill my 14 year old dogs arthritis pain meds and was told I couldn't get them unless I paid for them AND the charge they never told me about till this day. I only had enough money for the pain pills so I am unable to get my dog his pain meds till I can get them filled online. I'll clarify, Im okay with paying the bill if it is really for my dog, Im not okay with Lisa Bramson denying my dog his meds because of her office having a clerical issue at the time of our last visit and not giving me a chance in the last 3 months to pay it. She owes my dog a bottle of Gabapentin because she double charged me and needs to get her shit together. I am 100% switching to a different vet.

This clinic does not care about their clients or business. Do not trust them to care of your pets - especially if you own a doodle or frenchie. My family has been a client here since 1999 when we had our last dog, it's unfortunate that the standards of this clinic have gone downhill. Sent an email of my experience to the DVM/owner, Lisa Bramson, and she doesn't care enough about her business to even respond. Seems they mistakenly called me at 9 o'clock at night a few days after I sent my email as my phone only rang once as I went to pick up the call. The staff cares more about how clients are spending their money - the money that SUPPORTS their business - rather than the well being of their pets. They also like to openly discuss their dislike of various breeds - breeds that come into their care and also SUPPORT their business - while said breeds and owners are still in the building and can hear those discussions. Specifically, Dr. Michael Wilson should probably work on being more discreet. If you love your pets and want to be able to trust the hands you are allowing to care for them, definitely do not take them here.

I took my little dog there for Xrays, he didn't want to walk. Then it took 10 days for me to get the results. They never called me, I had to go there and wait and wait. They are very rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend anybody to go there, it's the worst place.

Great experience. Even though Kashi tried to jump out the window and kill the staff, they were all so kind and helpful. Even squeezed Toshi in for an unscheduled visit. Great team, thank you all.

Here on vacation and needed my 13yo dachshund seen. Jacqueline returned my call but so sorry I missed it!!! When I called back and whoever answered the phone at 12:30 while Jacqueline was out to lunch was extremely RUDE. I am giving this one star because of that. Whoever she is she is doing a huge disservice to this clinic!!Jacqueline - I give you 5 stars

DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC FOR "PUPPY PASSPORT" PAPERWORK! I made an appointment with them for the purpose of a pre-sailing check up. When I made the appointment, I explained that this was the reason for the appointment. AFTER I was in the examination room (and the vet, who was very nice and friendly with my dog, tech took vitals), I was told (by a substitute vet) that they do not like to do this type of paperwork for non-established patients and they prefer to work with a particular agency to handle said paperwork. When I showed them completed paperwork approving my dog's entry to a foreign port, they still refused to sign the paperwork because of a vaccine they felt was missing (it was not part of the paperwork they needed to sign). The three stars are for the professionalism and friendliness of the support staff. My dog did not like the substitute vet (she growled and they put a muzzle on her). My hope is that the regular vet is more personable and less "nit-picky."

This was by far the worst vet experience I've ever had. During my first appointment the employees were yelling at customers on the phone, telling them to take their business else where , employees were yelling at each other, doors were slamming. I waited for almost two hours and the vet barely even looked at my cats skin infection because my cat was swatting and hissing. (You're a vet, figure it out). Instead of trying to do a thorough analysis or swab or figure out what was wrong, she "guessed" that my cat got pricked by a plant and sent me on my way with antibiotics. The infection got much worse and when I brought her back in for a second exam it went about as well as the first, I ended up walking out of the appointment and taking my business to Cruz animal clinic who I highly recommend. Cruz was able to accomplish in ONE appointment with SIX cat treats what all animal clinic claimed they could not do without a THIRD appointment and putting my cat under anesthesia. Seems legit.

This was once a decent clinic. Unfortunately for the past 2 years that has not been the case. Getting things like a basic refill on something my dog has taken for years is a major issue for them. It requires multiple calls and over a week. The staff will catch an attitude when you mention that you've called before. There is no after hours care and if your pet is in the middle of a situation and they are close to closing then they just tell you to go to Miami. Unfortunately I'm not the only person who has had this kind of experience with the office. Last year Dr Bramson performed surgery on my friend's dog. He's a great dane and we was neutered. The incision area became infected. My friend called Dr Bramson multiple times during business hours. They either wouldn't called or wouldn't fit them in. The situation became really bad after a few days of not being treated and we ended up in Miami. Dr Bramson's team seems to just be burnout. They don't think about patients as living creatures anymore. Everyone is just a number. I hope things improve in the future. We've found another doctor in town who seems to care a lot more.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. , THE DOCTOR, OR ANY OF THE STAFF. I took my dog in urgently last week to be seen by this clinic! I was so grateful to them for getting her in so quickly on a Friday (10/21) when no one else had appointments. Even bragged about them to anyone who would listen. At that time the clinic was unable to obtain a stool sample so my dog was treated for Colitis with Metronidazole and an injection to help with the diarrhea.Fast forward a week, the symptoms return in earnest and my dog is now visibly not feeling well. I called the clinic to try getting my dog in again and was told they were triple booked and unable to see her, but I could drop off the stool sample I was able to get and they would call if anything was abnormal.I stopped by on my way to work and waited for someone to come out with the Metronidazole they said the Doctor was refilling. While there they went ahead and ran the sample only to discover she has hookworms and would need a medication for that also. When the tech (or whoever she was) came out with the medication I asked how long it would take for my dog to start feeling better. The young girl said 3 WEEKS! I asked if they could give her another one of the injections they had given her last week for the diarrhea so she wouldn’t be so miserable for the next few weeks. The girl said she would ask. When the young lady came back out she reported they would not give my dog the injection due to the nature of her illness and that we would just have to wait the 3 weeks.I was understandably upset and worried about my dog. Gobsmacked that they would allow a dog to be in such discomfort for that period of time. In hindsight, I reacted to quickly, requesting they cancel all upcoming appointments we had scheduled for her annual vaccines, spay, etc….We left the clinic. On my way to work I got a phone call from the clinic by a lady informing me I was given bad information regarding how long my dog would feel poorly, also asking where I would like my dogs records sent. I was initially overjoyed that my dog would be feeling better a lot sooner than originally reported and told the young lady, if that was the case to just keep her upcoming appointments. It was all just a big misunderstanding. The lady refused. I told her I would figure out where I was going to take her in the future.Upon thinking about it for a few more minutes, I called back and asked to speak with the doctor or to have the doctor call me so I could explain the misunderstanding. At that time I was told “let me explain it to you so you can understand, the doctor is firing you as a patient.”It’s concerning to me that they are allowing people to pass incorrect information and then when you are understandably upset (no raises voices, no swearing) their response is to “fire you”! To me, like most, my dog is one of my children. Of course I was worried and upset when I was given the information passed along. This Doctor and her staff need a lesson in compassion and forgiveness! Find somewhere else to take your animal unless you want to deal with bad attitudes and poor service from inexperienced people.

we had a long-haired dachshund dog, my son took him to the clinic because he was shaking when he breathed, they told him he had a heart problem, but our dog looked fine, they did some blood tests and other things, but he they had to sleep and they told my son to come back an hour later, when he went to pick him up they gave him the very agitated dog, they did not wait for him to recover well from the anesthesia, when my son got home, the dog suffered a heart attack we took him to the clinic closest to our house in big coppitt but they couldn't do anything with him, I don't know if it was negligence of the clinic that I don't expect him to fully recover to give him to my son, but they took him away from us a family member who had been with us for 10 years, my son spoke with the clinic an hour later and informed them that they would no longer send the studies because our friend had had a heart attack and they only answered "ok" without asking or giving us an explanation of and nothing.
