Excellent customer service. Rented a 2 seater scooter for two days. Pricing was as listed, and scooter was in great condition. No problems what so ever. Would highly recommend and I plan on using them every time I am in Key West. Thanks again!

No issues. The singles we rented were quite used to say the least. I took pictures of the scooters before to document the damage / scrapes to be safe based off some reviews.

Was the best choice… cheapest I found and the scooters were perfect for getting around… if I ever go back to key west, this will be my first stop to get my transportation covered!! Thanks guys

We rented a tandem for a few hours there. The guys were nice and renting was fast an easy. On the other hand we were really disappointed regarding the bike we received. It was in a very bad shape. Breaks did not work correctly and needed 12 food to completely stop the tandem. The seats were not adjusted right which made the rose quite uncomfortable. The tandem made lots of weird nosies. There was lots of rust. Even though 20usd for a day is not much but I suggest take another bike rental and pay a little more to get a good bike to enjoy the day instead of the one we had.

Been using this place for mopeds for 10 years. Never an issue. Free pickup/drop-off at airport nice perk.

These guys were nice and got me out on the road quickly. I rented a 2-seater scooter and it was perfect for a week long vacation. We used it to get everywhere on the island. It had a max speed of about 27 mph. The only thing I regret was not renting for more days when I got it, so I paid more by renewing the rental every day. They filled up the tank for me when I got low.

Me and a bunch of guys come down to key west every year for a softball tournament have been for years. We found Andy and A&M rentals after renting from another company for years. Andy has always taken good care of us. Him and his staff are super friendly and helpful. Anytime there is an issue with the scooter they will gladly swap it out for you no issues. Appreciate all you guys do!

I took my scooter to have a tire changed and they ended up making a hole in the exhaust pipe and they were not responsible for it. I had to pay double service. ?

Very bad I went for a service for a scooter to change oil and tires and they broke my exhaust in the end I had to pay double service.????

I wish I had read the reviews on yelp before renting. There’s a reason why the prices are low. A block from the store, my scooter accelerated when I hit the brake. I was flung into a pillar and ended up in the street. Not only was I charged for damages by A and M Scooters, I was told to walk it off. I couldn’t as I had fractured my shoulder, torn MCL, broken toes, second degree road rash, and torn rotator.
A and M was quick to blame me and say I must have held both the gas and brake down. I am not a beginner rider and have grown up riding dirt bikes and mopeds, and coupled with others’ reviews, I believe my bike was not properly maintained. I advise to not rent from here unless you want to spend your vacation in the Key West ER, spend 6 months in physical therapy, and pay over $5000 in medical bills.
