New to boating and the sales staff was very helpful in their recommendations and advice to find the right boat for me. Excellent selection of new and used models. Haven't purchased yet but will definitely be buying from Yachtworks.

Dwayne the Sales Manager is great, a straight-shooter and knowledgeable. Service Department after the sale not so good. They would not send a tech 10 minutes down the road to help me troubleshoot an on-going GPS problem, after my repeated pleas. Found another source that came to my marina and diagnosed the problem. A simple request, and a little effort on their part, would have solidified my relationship and loyalty to Yacht Works. Instead, bye bye.

I’m surprised there is a even one “one-star” review. I bought a used 2016 243 from these gentleman a year ago and they have been terrific…helped me learn the specifics of the boat and all that. Smooth, quick paperwork and registration. They worked hard and fast and replaced many older parts for free. Including a warrantied Garmin plotter.Peter in service is terrific…he has quickly (and pleasantly!) helped me get the right replacement parts for the usual wear and tear (boat was kept in the water and used hard).

Salesperson was the rudest person I have ever dealt with I would never buy a Everglades Boat because of him. There is no excuse for using the "F" word as he did and in front of my wife. We just asked if we could see a boat bever did get to.

Bought a 2020 31’ regulator in November of 2019 paid over 408K and was the worse experience I ever had, it’s is now June and I have punch list that needs to done on the boat and they won’t answer calls, or emails. I’ve have been around boating for over 50 years and this place is by far the worse boat dealership I’ve ever worked with. Unfortunately due to regulators selling practices had to buy here. I have another property in NJ and you can bet I will buy there. These guys will promise you the world until they get your money! You have been warned
