Tried to enter 5 minutes ago. Doors locked. Employees inside wearing masks and handing them out to people in order to enter. What is going on??!

I was there last night and the woman behind the counter was very rude ! Condescending as hell. I’ve never met anyone in a professional field act the way she did. She’s a rather large woman with black hair. Maybe she should take up digging ditches. Her mouth has no place in the service industry

The front counter staff and Maria are wonderful! Many of the pharmacy staff are downright rude, and intimidating. I will continue to shop at Walgreens but am changing my pharmacy.

This pharmacy cannot fill a simple recurring brand name prescription. I received a call that my prescription was ready but when I tried to pick it up I was given several conflicting reasons why it was not available.This has been a recurring problem with this store.

Trash service. Showed up 5 min (I get it but come on) before closing to go to the restroom & wouldn’t let us in. Fire whoever closed 8/5/2023

This Walgreens is very clean very organized ,fast customer service, also have a liquor store attached to that pharmacy and don't forget your ID they always card everybody

Johana the shift lead was very unhelpful and rude. They close at 9. It was 820. I had to go to the restroom and they had it locked and would not let me in. She argued with me for about 5 minutes about it.She also argued with another lady at check out. The customer had a $4 coupon and didn’t want to help her with that. She was ready to close even though they didn’t close for another 30 mins. Most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I’m so glad Idon’t live here.

I forgot part of my meds at home in Texas. I use a prescription service and was panicked. The girls in the pharmacy talked me through the process, and within 24 hours, I had the four medications I needed. They even helped me use GoodRX to help with costs that my insurance would not pay.

As a European I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the special type of pharmacy/supermarket. We had come in for after sun cream and found a fantastic choice of top named as well as own branded products. The check out was a little on the old fashioned side and the lady there automatically presented our purchase in a plastic bag. I took it out of the bag and handed the bag back hoping that I had done my bit for the day in saving the planet.

Pharmacy has really gone downhill recently. I just sat for 5 min at the pickup window and no one even acknowledged I was there, though a tech was 2 feet from the window. I pressed the call buzzer, she glared at me, then still didn't answer. Publix and CVS have both been better and have longer hours.

Great location at this mall. They had plenty of inventory on hand which made purchasing easier. Customer service was spot on as usual. The manager took very good care of us and offered future assistance when needed. It was a very good shopping experience. In and out in no time.
