This Tom Thumb says it is a bar cafe. They will not say they are a gas station even though the majority of their sales are fuel. Why do you think that is?

There is a pump that doesn't turn off when your tank is full. There was sand on the ground but no indication of this issue. Will never buy gas at ANY TOM THUMB station again.

This place charges prices as listed for credit card, while others add surcharge if not using cash or debit card. Way to go!

Great Customer service , great staff , helped with all of my needs …. Store was clean a bathroom was spotless …cashier was very pleasant they greeted me at door

So imagine you're a local, you go to your local store. You grab a product, you are 7 cents short. No problem ma'am, I'll grab something cheaper. I return to the counter, my change is now supposed to be 8 cents now. She doesn't have the 8 cents. You say "no thanks then I'll go to another store", then she starts questioning you about "what's the big deal If i can't give you back change" well ma'am, it's funny how you refused me for 7 cents then turned around and couldn't provide change yourself. What is wrong with that person?!? How does she have a job?!? The level of Hypocritical spite is Disgusting.. August 8th 2022 at approx 7:45PM. Please look into this employee. I've been a loyal respectful customer since I came here as a child 20 years ago.. this was the first time I have ever had the displeasure of any kind of verbal confrontation at this location. Unacceptable.

The nastiest clerk was behind the counter tonight went in to get a powerball didn't even look up at me I asked how she was doing got an eye roll then asked for powerball she sneared we ain't doing that. right now, if you hate your job so much please move on and find happiness....My first time here and everything has been wonderful with the exception of Mrs. Attitude.

Worst place in the Keys for gas. The cashier (young black girl ponytail) is the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever met. What is she doing working with people if she is not a people person? Stay away from this place! Horrible customer service!

Manager here closes this store without advising signage or legal authority. Very rude, unprofessional and as county associates and on the board of commerce, A Legal siting should be served to this franchise owner as no formal notice is used to advise the manager at her leisure. This is not how we want to be represented at our most crucial time for tourism or to local businesses that support this location.
