“Got a screw in a tire and needed it plugged. Called Charlie at 8 am and he said bring it right over even though his web site implied that they were booked up for repairs that day. Dropped the vehicle off and got a call 2 hours later that it was good to go. Tire was fixed, spare was put back in the trunk and air pressure was adjusted on all tires including the spare.
