I had to ship a package from Ocean Reef Club and Pak Mail was very helpful. There was a line when I entered but they quickly called up another attendant who was friendly and helpful. The provided me with a shipper for my items and had me on my way in minutes.

Nine days after the packages were supposed to ship, they hadn't. It took weeks for all of them to come. Family home at Ocean Reef for many years and never had worse service at any business there. If you have a choice, go to Homestead.
