Absolute terrible customer service. I felt lied to and discriminated against as soon as Pedro walked up to me. Apparently there are no owners or managers to talk to. An absolute waste of my time. The company itself isn't bad, we've been with them for over 20 years. But this location in Key Largo makes the whole company look like a bunch of useless, lying theives. If I would've allowed them to charge me for something that I could've done myself then they would've helped me. But because he isn't lining his pocket, he had no use for me as a customer.

This store will try to rip you off. They try to charge you for things you don't need. They are also extremely rude. Apparently there is no management.
