-1 Stars! I drove from Tavernier while on vacation to purchase a dress for my wife for her birthday and were turned away at the gate. Do not waste your time going to this store. Why have buisness location that the general public cannot access?? How this store still in buisness!!

I drove an hour while on vacation in Islamorada to visit the store and would not be let in the GATED COMMUNITY. Very upset that this was not mentioned on the website.

This is in a PRIVATE NEIGHBORHOOD. They won't let you through the gate. Apparently you can make a reservation at the store but it'd be nice if the website stated that. Do not drive out of your way without calling first.

Stopped by this Lilly store at Ocean Reef to check on an item that debuted after I shopped at the Jacksonville store just a few days prior. Sherry was so helpful. They didn't have what I wanted but she called the Jacksonville store and they had it and helped me purchase it for pick up when I return home. This Lilly store is small in size but the ladies are so nice! Check them out when at ORC.

I reached out to a crazy amount of Lilly Pulitzer stores to help me for my first year shopping the APS. Valerie Garcia, Assistant Store Manager, searched for the items on my list that I was looking for and called me to let me know she found a couple. She also said if she saw my dream dress (Elenora Multi Special Delivery L), she'd let me know. Although I already purchased the items she found somewhere else and she couldn't find the Elenora, I so appreciate her help and great customer service. I highly recommend going to, calling, or emailing this store for any of your shopping needs, especially during APS! Thanks so much again!

Only members are allowed in the community where this store is located unless you call several hours in advance and are approved. The description should probably mention that.
